This is a really nice set and once I got all of it and assembled, I'm very happy with it. The cushions are as described, thick and very comfortable. Getting it was the issue. I thought it all came at once but it didn't. First the table and cushion covers came within a week of ordering, a few days later the couch with the actual foam cushions came, another 2 days after that the chairs finally came. However, the box the chairs were in was all torn up, but it all looked ok until we went looking for the assembly instructions and hardware. Low and behold they were missing and had been torn from the side of the box. It was a lot of back and forth with the company (through Amazon) to finally get the hardware. The company was very good about staying in touch, but they had to get the hardware from overseas, so it took 2 weeks before they finally came. Just boggles my mind that they don't have this in their USA warehouse. Disappointed because I was entertaining on my patio and was told when I ordered that I would receive within 7 days. Ha! Almost a month later, this patio set was finally complete and usable on my patio.
