After looking at a lot of reviews and searching several stores, we decided to give this set a go. I was a little nervous because I knew returning it would probably be a hassle if it was damaged or we decided we didn’t like it, but that was never an issue once we received it and started building it. The packing was impeccable - even though the boxes got beat up in shipping everything was padded and protected. This set is amazing! The quality and weight of both the frames and the cushions and covers are just incredible. If you have been shopping for outdoor furniture and have felt the quality of some at the stores selling for much higher $$, you will not be disappointed if you get these, at least not if you have the same experience I did! The building process is quite tricky but isn’t any furniture these days? All the tools were provided and all of the Screws nuts and bolts were well labeled. Take your time and look at the directions all the way through before you start so you get the sense of what you are going to do. I built these alone and I am a 53-year-old man. The constructive criticisms I might add are that I paid extra to get the rockers and I wouldn’t call these rockers. They do wiggle a little bit but not like a glider or chairs with a curved rail foot. Had I known that in advance. I probably would’ve gotten the swivel chairs and paid less for them. I also would put Velcro straps on the upper cushions instead of just the lower ones to keep them in place on windy days. But we are going to cover the set anyways so that really doesn’t matter. Overall, we are thrilled with this furniture set and can’t wait to begin using it with the warmer weather approaching. The cushions are very thick and comfortable feeling, and the little coffee table add-ons for the Ottomans are perfect!

We purchased the 7 piece set which arrived quickly and was well packed. Everything was great until we opened the couch box for assembly. Pieces were missing/mispacked which meant we could not assemble. After contacting the seller and providing pictures of the problem pieces, seller shipped a replacement couch. The whole couch. Replacement arrived quickly and without issue. The furniture is exactly what was expected and is comfortable and sturdy. Pictures are accurate. Assembly was not difficult but does require team effort especially for bigger pieces. But I am reviewing because of the perfect service provided when problems happened. Its not always well addressed with online sellers.

This works as advertised. Key features that I like are - The material drains very well, and it does not get soggy when left uncovered in rain - The seat cushion are firm and supportive and did not become soft over the first few weeks of use - installation is relatively easy, but you have to keep an eye out for similar looking pieces that fit in different locations and I had to redo a couple of times a few early steps - The color looks true to the photos and fit and finish is excellent - The velcro ties may not last as long as the seat cushions - only time will tell Overall very satisfied with the product and looks good on my patio

I’ve had this set for 3 days and have rust marks on my deck from when it got wet in the rain storm. The water puddles inside the metal bars and sits there and this rusts. When I moved the ottoman rust water drained out staining my deck. The set is medium weight quality aluminum and very low quality hardware.. I wouldn’t buy this again. Additionally I reached to customer service to try to exchange two regular chairs for theme rockers I thought I ordered, but they didn’t offer an exchange option. I guess I clicked the wrong “package” when ordering so my lack of attention there, but that only adds to my disappointment in this set.

UPDATE: I contacted the company, followed their instructions with an email and pictures and I had the replacement parts within 5 days. The response time for the parts was so much faster than I expected. The sofa is just as nice as the chairs. I assembled it within a couple hours on my own. All of the cushions are very comfortable, and quality fabric. I’ll start by saying I love this set. It is sturdy, very well packaged, everything I was looking for. I’m 65 yrs young and was able to assemble both chairs on my own. It would have taken less time if I had help but, it was doable. The ONLY reason I gave it a 2 star is because I received two of the same back pieces for the sofa. They are marked E and F but they can’t be put together correctly. I called the 800 number and was told to send photos to the email listed in the instructions. I’ve done that and waiting on a response at this point. I will gladly change my review depending on their response.

This patio set that we ordered is a beautiful set, but some of the tools did not fit on a lot pieces of the furniture. We had to go out to buy the correct lug nuts sizes to complete the assembly because the bolts and lug nuts that were included were all the wrong sizes. Also, the instructions for assembly could have been a better and maybe there should have been an assembly video online to put this together. Overall, we love our set, but the instructions could have been a lot better. Thank you!.
