The furniture came quickly in three boxes and was pretty simple to assemble. It looks great on my balcony! It seems to be pretty sturdy and it's comfortable. We had an issue with one of the sides of the couch not having the correct holes drilled in it and the seller was so easy to work with and sent us a replacement part without any issues. I highly recommend this set and seller!

This set arrived in three large heavy boxes and took me approximately six hours to completely assemble. Not difficult to do, but needs many nuts and bolts to put it all together. The finished product is a set of good solid (plastic) rattan looking furniture. It’s fairly comfortable to sit on, but the cushion covers are a stiff canvas material that makes it a bit less than it could be (although I think it is probably more water resistant, which may be the reason it was used). Overall a good value for the money and happy we purchased it.

Happy with the product it looks great and very comfortable, now, instructions are a little bit straightforward but I highly recommend DO NOT tighten the screws until you reach the third step, otherwise you may realize that you had the wrong angle and had to disassemble again!! When I stumbled upon this beautiful patio furniture, I was blown away by the "Peacock" Blue color. I ordered two different sets, which their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make me aware that they were different colors and sizes. I initially placed and order for a brown and black set. After working with them, we found two sets that match, and they expedited the order. Prior to receiving them, they reached out to let me know there was a mistake in the colors and that I had an electric blue color sent to me. Without hesitation, they wanted to make it right and let me know they were not only shipping the correct color to me, but also let me know I was welcome to keep the electric blue color so I can have replacement covers if I need them. I am over the moon, and can change up the colors if needed. Now on to the quality of the furniture: The patio furniture was tedious to put together, but every single hole lined up perfectly! There were even extra parts just in case one is lost (or falls between the deck panels). This is some of the nicest pato furniture I've sat on, both in terms of sturdiness and comfort! With varying sizes and weights of family members, I'm not worried about it collapsing or wearing out fast. The covers they sent with it are nice and stayed on even through an intense wind storm. I woke up the morning after expecting them to have blown off, and was pleased to see they stayed in securely! For two sets it took me just under 12 hours to assemble. Eventually I used a different wrench from a set than what it came with. All parts use an Allen wrench and is hand tightened, so it took a while. (I recommend making a party out of it! ) I plan to buy from rattan artisans in the future and couldn't recommend them more! It's so tough to know what you are getting, and I'm happy to have gone with this brand!

I searched forever for a set like this for our deck, finally settling on this one and it's perfect! The shipping was much quicker than we anticipated, which was such a nice surprise. It came in three boxes and everything was delivered at the same time. Nothing was missing and it actually came with some extra screws, etc., for putting it together. The peacock blue color is beautiful and the set is very sturdy. The fabric is is durable and cleans easily. Extra thick cushions and pillows, make it incredibly comfortable and the table with storage is great for blankets and such. I made a big pot of red chili and our children came over for a deck furniture building party, so they put it together for us in no time. Even without a group such as ours, the instructions are thorough and it's easy to put together, it may just take more time if you're doing it alone. A tip for when putting the seat covers on, is to fold the foam like a taco and insert it, then just adjust the fabric as necessary. I've noticed with some sets, that the seating height is too low but this one is perfect and very comfortable. We added a screen and projector to our deck and we are looking forward to enjoying years of entertainment while comfortably lounging on our new deck set. After searching for so long, we have zero regrets with our purchase and we could not be happier.

We love It! The instructions were easy to follow for assembly. It’s beautiful with the dark wicker color and we got the navy blue cushions. The table that opens is very roomy to put blankets, the furniture covers in, etc. It rained on the cushions and the water just wiped right off! Very durable and sturdy as well.
