The set was delivered, undamaged, 2 days after I purchased it. Faster delivery than expected. I didn't find the assembly illustrations very clear, but there aren't that many pieces, so not a big deal. I used the allen wrenches included in the hardware bag and it took about 2 hours & 15 minutes to assemble the sofa, chaise and table. 2 of the holes in the chaise were too small for the screws provided, but the piece is sturdy enough without them. The cushions are comfortable and better than expected. The cushions have zip-off covers and they really are water resistant- much better than expected. I use the furniture every day, a few times a day. It upgrades the whole patio. Really happy with the purchase. Wish I bought it sooner. And I would buy it again.

We got this set for our outdoor deck. So far it has held up nicely during the rain season. We do put away the cushions inside when not in use. May require a cover during snow seasons to prolong the life span.

Easy to assemble and well hold my husband and self easily (over 350lb). Comfortable. I wish the back cushions were a little thicker. I can see those getting flat relatively quickly. Arrived timely and in good condition.

The package arrived before it was suppose which was great because I needed it for a birthday party. It was packaged good and nothing was broken. It took me about 2 and a half hours to put it together by myself. I am very pleased with this out door couch.

Plastic strings broken, Seller should consider making in fabric or something more durable. I doubt after sitting or leaning on it the plastic wouldnโt look stretched out or do the same. UPDATE Seller offered partial refund, we are going to attempt to use electrical tape to secure broken area, satisfied the seller is making this right!
