  • Great idea, someone understood physics due to the way the fire works.
Size: S Color: Silver
Love this thing, bought small stainless. 1. We have a ban on carring wood between countries. Not an issue with this as it uses wood pellets. 2. No smoke and keeps the bugs away. When fire goes to embers, add pellets, a little isopropyl alcohol (buy at hardware store 1/2 gallon), match and you are ready to go. DO NOT use gasoline, charcoal starter or any fuel that is more flammabe than alcohol. It will flash on you. 3. Smell is great, more pleasant than log fire. Gives off a fair amount of heat, but less than log fire (safer). 4. Great for camping, easy to start, easy to store, and pellets are easy to store. Much safer than camp fire with logs. No poking fire and adding wood loggs over flame. When we are done I put a 12" aluminum pan cover over the top, snuffs the embers out. 5. We pay about $3-5 dollars for wood logs & get about 4-5 2' pieces. I buy a 50 lb bag of wood stove pellets for $5. It lasts about 5 weekends. 6. Not as big or long lasting as logs, but I can deal with that based on all the positives. ... show more

  • Love this for use with pellets
Size: M Color: Silver
The media could not be loaded. After researching all available types of fire pits, I decided on the Innostage size Medium. I picked up some pellets at Lowe’s for $7 for a 40lb bag. Filled it about 3/4 and squirted a little light fluid to start it. Within 5 minutes it was burning nicely and put out some nice heat with no smoke. After the pellets burned down I added some wood and that produced much more smoke. Although it still created a nice burn, there was more smoke with the wood. To be fair, the wood was still a little green. Stick with the pellets and you will be happy. Cleanup was a breeze. Very happy with this fire pit. ... show more

  • Good fire pit for the money
Size: L Color: Black
I bought this because it was one of the most affordable options for a "smoke free" fire pit and i was also looking for something I could use with wood pellets. Win win situation here. Honest opinions here are that it works great with wood pellets, makes a pretty fire, the large flames don't last too long but it throws off good heat for a while. Just add more pellets and the flames will return. Haven't used with wood logs. I didn't have lighter fluid so I have been using hand sanitizer to get the pellets lit, works great. Definitely not smoke free. There's quite a bit of smoke when first lighting but it does die down after it gets nice and hot. Once you add more pellets back in it will smoke again until the pellets fully light up. Not sure how long this pit will last as it seems to start rusting pretty fast. But I keep it stored in the included storage bag when not in use so I think it'll treat me good for a while. Oh and the top and bottom nest together and store nicely in the bag I just mentioned. ... show more

  • Well priced and well made
Size: M Color: Silver
I use this with real wood. Once it gets going it burns efficiently without smoke. It packs up to a convenient size and is easy to carry with the attached handles.

  • A great firepit for two
Size: M Color: Black
Easy set up, works well and throws off heat. The size is nice for two or maybe 3 but you need to be fairly close to feel the heat. smokeless works well and easy to dump out ashes and pour wood chips in for the next fire. Very happy with it.

  • A BLAST FURNACE! Just be careful...
Size: XL Color: Rust
It's an great fire pit! Works as advertised. First burn could smell a little off as any pit or bbq or anything will I followed the directions, 2 inches of pellets and within 10 minutes I could feel the heat from above 21 feet away. As the first fire burned down to a warm glow of ash I added fresh pellets, about an inch worth and what a blowtorch! About 10 minutes later I heard a very loud pop. I assumed it was the steel expanding... Two minutes later, "BANG" and I felt it through my chair. It's then I knew I screwed up and knew exactly what it was. I removed the pit from the patio (thanks to my 800° kevlar BBQ gloves), and sure enough my concrete had "exploded". We've had some rain lately and it must've still been damp below. The high heat created some superheated stream below and spalled my patio slab. My fault, but just be aware, this sits a lot lower than others pits and the super efficient heating will transfer downward. This is a great alternative to the pricey name brand, just be smarter than me. Not for the patio and DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOUR DECK! ... show more

  • Not weather resistant
Size: M Color: Black
It is a good fire pit but it won’t resist the weather and heat as the paint came off due to the heat and it rusted out pretty bad.
