I like the dark brown color. The ottomans are very sturdy. The directions are straight forward and they are easily assembled. The cushions do not do the ottomans justice. I probably won’t use them. The up side is alternative cushions can be purchased.

Matches my other furniture perfectly. A pain to put together, but sturdy once done. Opens and closes nicely. Overall, would definitely buy again. One slight problem: There is a small part missing from package. No way to contact seller or get any assistance from Amazon in replacing missing part. Do not want to go through trouble to return all for one small part. No complaint on product - just customer service to get the small replacement part that keeps the cushion from shifting. Have seen this with other orders. Would like a better way to get assistance for small isssues

Update: Oct. 3, 2023: Customer service was very responsive and positive and they were willing to make it right. I received the replacement quickly - it did not take until now to receive it. I am late with this update. I missed the due date and sent an email to the company with pics – expecting never to hear anything. I received a response within 24 hours. A very nice surprise. We ‘discussed’ the situation with the responses always in my inbox the next day. The company sent replacements. The replacements went together perfectly. The replacements were so different from the original order - all I can think of is that the previous ones were grabbed and shipped in error. I would order from this company again, knowing they support their product. Original review: Very poorly made. Unfortunately I couldn't put these together until today due to deck with roof added, partial kitchen remodel. I missed the return date, which is on me because of all the renovations going on. I should have wait to purchase these. I can usually manage minor imperfections in construction while assembling - not these. Holes were not drilled deep enough on one of the hinges on one ottoman (pic). Two out of 8 feet fit - holes weren't drilled deep enough. I didn't make it to the hinges on the second ottoman because the hole to insert the screw was completely missing (pic). Two of the cushion holders fell off during actual assembly - one on each side (pic). I didn't get that far on the second one. i just gave up. The instructions are not the greatest either. I do have their email and will update this review if needed, and if and when I hear from the company.

These are relatively inexpensive outdoor “plastic rattan” foot stools. They come flat in a box and must be assembled. Assembly was easy but not all bolts/nuts are welded in completely straight. The bottom feet have sharp metal edges. We threw them away and got adjustable rubber feet to install. As we are using these on our sailboat that is a better option for us so they won’t slide. But do be aware of those sharp edges on the included feet. They could slice toes if you are barefoot around them. The top cushions are grey and are “ok”. They are pretty thin and not sure how they would hold up. We created 5 inch Ultrasuede cushions with waterproof outdoor foam. UPDATE 9/25/23: I was contacted several times by the seller offering solutions to the issues raised above. They offered to send out new ottomans, which I declined. The ones we have are fully functional. They offered a good faith partial refund which covered the new legs we purchased. We did not request this - super great 5* service from this seller. Are these ottomans worth $40-50 each? I’d say absolutely yes. Most people will be happy with them as is, especially for outdoors. And if you’re not, a few modifications and you’ve got a great set of ottomans.

Purchased 2 because that was offered. Needed only one. Directions were ok and the finished product on the one was pretty good. I am certain we will be short hardware tomorrow when we start on the second. It took far longer to assemble than I anticipated. My eyes and hands aren’t what they once were. I wouldn’t purchase again unless I had someone to assemble. Once the company was notified that a few fasteners were not present they quickly corrected the situation. I increased the stars from 2 to 5. Thanks for standing by your product.

These look very nice and are sturdy, not cheapy feeling or looking. Nice addition to our current set. Was way easier to assemble with an electric drill instead of the little hex wrench that comes with it. The top of one of ours is a little wrapped, but not bad enough to return.

The set is great for the price ! When I originally ordered it, one of the parts had an incorrect piece. I emailed their customer service with pictures and they responded right away. They fedex me a whole new set the next day. They followed up multiples time during the whole process. I would definitely buy from this company again. The set turned out exactly like they were in the pictures.

The ottomans are great quality, they look very nice, and are comfortable. They came quickly and were relatively easy to put together. The pads come off the wicker portion and I would recommend taking them inside while raining, but not necessary. The inside storage portion gets mildly damp after rain, as expected.
