My wife has a Ryobi 18v leaf blower that she uses to clean off the front porch and other small tasks. She really likes it and was bummed when the fan lost a blade. This caused a bad vibration in the unit, and we feared that continued operation would cause further problems with the fan/motor/bearings/etc. The blower was still technically under warranty, but it would have cost me more in gas and time than just buying this replacement fan and fixing it. The fan blade was easy to change. It has worked well for the last 6 months. Ryobi should design the blower so that this part is easier to change, or that it does not break so easily.

My original fan lost a fin and went from sounding like a blower to sounding like an ATV with no muffler. At some point an object was sucked into the fan and one fin broke off. I ordered this part in hopes that I wouldn’t have to go am but a brand new blower. The install was easy and this part was the perfect fit! ... show more

    • Works as intended.
I looked up a video on YouTube and saw how easy it was to replace the fan blade, so I ordered it. Amazing that only one tooth from the old blade broke off and the blower basically lost 80% of its blowing power. With the new part, it's as good as new!
