Just what I need to blow off leaves, dirt and light snow off the driveway, front steps and walk. Looking forward to using it to blow fall leaves out from around the bushes in the Spring. Size is perfect, not huge to have to haul out. Everything on it works perfect. Some folks have complained that it is slow and has no force. Not true, the blower comes set to the lowest speed, there are 3 speeds and high is very powerful. Another complaint is the discharge tube keeps falling off. Be sure to insert the 2 pins in the end of each tube into the slots on the connection openings and give the tube a slight twist until it stops. Works fine, nice and tight. Reverse to take apart. I think you will be very pleased with the performance of this little giant mini blower. And of course it’s a Dewalt so the quality is there to last a long time if you don’t abuse and over work it. ... show more

I already have two blowers, one gas Stihl, and one battery DeWalt. They handle the big and medium jobs. But I wanted a very small one, that I could keep inside and have handy for clearing off my front porch and walkways, which are constantly cluttered with leaves and dead flowers. THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION! It has plenty of power for that job. More than enough. It's very small size was a great surprise (smaller than I thought it would be). Very light, very easy to use, and of course receives my DeWalt batteries. While other reviewers warn that it can't blow enough air, I am happy with how LITTLE it blows. I can now clear my walkways and stone paths by gently nudging leaves off, instead of scattering the surrounding ground cover all over the place, which makes a bigger mess than the leaves! It has three speeds AND a variable speed trigger. The trigger is very sensitive and way more responsive than the trigger on its bigger DeWalt brother. So much better control. I can dial it down very low. Also great for clearing my garage floor and workbench without sending a cloud of dust up into the shelves and rafters. And it's small enough to hide behind the paper shredder in my office, right by the outside door. So it'll always be ready, and always be handy. VERY pleased with this purchase. Ignore the reviewers complaining that it's not the right tool for lawns and gardens, not powerful enough. Of course it's not. It wasn't designed for that. But for what it IS designed for, it excels. Also ignore the reviewers complaining about the tubes falling off. They must have thought they slip on like a vacuum cleaner attachment. That's not how they work. You slide them on and then twist them to lock them in place. They work perfectly, and fit snugly, if you install them properly. Oh, and it comes with three finer nozzle adapters, which I have yet to try, but I expect they'll be great for even finer flow control. Two thumbs up!! ... show more

This has a good amount of power for getting the leaves out of my flower beds. It is great for cleaning off my porch and sidewalks. My only complaint is that it does not stay together. The men in my family thought that I was doing it wrong until they tried it themselves. Once we duct taped the extension attachment to the blower, it worked fine. I got it for 40% off so I was okay with the product--but I do not think I would have paid $169 for this item. That seems pricey. ... show more

The blower itself is strong despite it's size. It won't replace a full size blower but for smaller jobs it does very well. The only significant drawback is the nozzle fitment. It doesn't fully seat to the tool and is clearly a manufacturing issue. When used and moved back & forth, the nozzle works it's way loose. As seen in the photo (looking into the nozzle tube), the "stubs" on the inside of the tube don't drop fully into the notch on the tool. I did contact Amazon customer service and I'll be receiving another tube from a 3rd party manufacturer to resolve the issue. In the mean time, I'll try to modify the original tube. The other minor issue is the air intake for right handed people. Again, a 3rd party air intake guard (3D printed) is easily found and is inexpensive. Despite these issues, which I consider minor, I still give it 5 stars. I really like it and I was surprised at the power it has. Again, it's not a full size blower so don't expect that kind of performance. If I had to do over, I would buy it again. The second photo is the 3rd party air intake guard. ... show more

Dewalt quality. Not very powerfull, good for small jobs. Have it in our rv to blow off slides before running them in & to clean our patio or campsite. Perfect for ourpurpose. All my power tools are 20 volt dewalt so it fits right in.
