These lamps are beautiful! The rotary on/off knobs feel sturdy, and lampshades were easy to assemble. The lamps are not super heavy ..but DONT feel cheap. They put off the perfect light for my living room. I would absolutely recommend these lamps.

I received these lamps today. There was a little - very easy, straight forward assembly that only took a couple minutes. The lamp base has weight. I love the design in the ceramic. The color is perfectly neutral and goes with any decor. The size is slightly smaller than I would have preferred, but given the price its worth the trade-off. Very nice lamps at a reasonable cost. I was nervous because I never assembled lamps before. On top of that, I bought these used so I was really nervous that all the parts wouldn’t be in the box BUT it all came in tact, in the package, in original packing—it was brand new! Anyway, the lamps look gorgeous anywhere in your house—living room, den or bedroom. I bought these specifically for our bedroom because not only do I have mismatched nightstands, I also had mismatched lamps. So that was too much going on. These lamps are elegant!! ... show more

For the price point, especially if you can grab them on a discount, the two pack is very economical and are very nice in quality, sturdiness, and came without assembly problems. I saw the exact same lamp at Marshall's which was priced $5 more. Any lamp I've bought usually has a wonky harp or crooked socket but these came with attention to detail. The shades, are ok, (thus the 4star) but I used better quality shades (in the picture) from the prior lamps I had. I have a king size bed and the 23" height lamps are perfect for a larger wide bed. Sometimes the pictures you see on Amazon details can be misleading. Thus, I had to return 21" lamps back. ... show more

    • Pretty lamps, easy to install with one caveat
I really like the 2 lamps look especially that they are white. I had no problem putting one together, but the 2nd one was more problematic and it's not as solid as the other one. The part called the "harp" didn't really fit snug or all the way into it's holders and therefore, it rocks. The harp is essential because the shade sits on top of it. The Finials are then screwed into the harp's top to hold the lamp shade on. So you really need the harp to fit into it's holders snugly so you don't have any rocking, they carry the weight of the shade. One lamps' harp fits the way it should, but the 2nd harp doesn't. I put the 2 lamps in a guest bedroom so, they're not used all the time. I may change the lampshades, this shape of shade called "Drum" is not my favorite. I like an Empire shade over a Drum shade. The lamp set is a very good buy at the price point especially for a guest bedroom. ... show more
