I love these but was very disappointed to see that the packaging is now an envelope rather than a box. The box helps them keep their shape and makes them easy to store and use, the envelope is floppy and hard to store and provides opportunity for the sheets to be damaged. Luckily I still have my original box, but if I didn't and this was my first time buying these I would return them.

This was a re-order because I'm so happy with this product. I love to bake, and make a lot of cookies. I also love these parchment sheets. First, they're much easier to use than the parchment rolls. The size is great--if a sheet is too big for a cookie sheet, I just trim it. Cookies bake more evenly, they lift off like a dream, and the cookie sheets are cleaner. I still wash them but they're less greasy. I also give baked goods and homemade candies as gifts at Christmas. Trimmed-down sheets make pretty liners for boxes and tins. Only regret is that parchment paper is not recyclable.

Unbleached and the perfect size, easier to use than the rolls and easier to store I just stand the slim package on its side next to my baking items and wow takes almost no space at all! Easier clean up and does not burn around the edge.
