These parchment sheets are so much easier to use than trying to tear or cut to size from a roll and then fighting with curling paper. I will note that these are thinner than the famous brand on the roll; for me that isn't an issue. Slide one out and slap it on the baking sheet, and it fits and stays flat. These are amazing for my tortilla press. We press out both masa harina and a corn/flour tortilla perfectly and easily. Took us just two tortillas to get the hang of how much pressure to use for each of the different recipes. Now my husband presses them faster than I can quick them on the skillet. I have started using parchment paper instead of aluminum foil for all my cooking and baking. To use in an air fryer cut to make a good fit otherwise the paper can burn around the edges.
