I've bought this item in sizes 18, 20 and 22, and in two different prints since I wasn't sure what to expect and I wanted a few options anyway. I normally buy an XL or XXL t-shirt. The 22 was much too large in the shoulders and sleeve length, so I returned it, but kept the 18 and 20. Both are very comfortable and soft and fit much better. If I order any others, I will probably order size 20 just in case they shrink at all in washing. As some other reviews stated, the sleeves are a bit faded in color, but still nice looking.
