This is a great size. You can use it to cut it into smaller pieces, which is incredibly versatile. I have used it in the kitchen, wrapped items for sale, and protected art. The package it comes in is excellent; you can stand it on its end and store it easily with little use of space. I use it for cooking with, freezing and storing, refrigerating, protecting counters, and cutting boards for easy clean-up. I do anything I want to do involving art or hobby, glue stuff, line things up, and contain small items I am working on. It is great to protect my surfaces; use it for painting, chalk, or anything you want to save a surface from, including clay. It does not cut through onto what is below it when it gets wet. For example, a Tomato that makes it wet does not ruin it. Watercolor or acrylic paint does not break through either. Great sheets, easy grab-and-go. Endless uses.

The cutting blades on the standard parchment rolls get dull & then the parchment tears strangely. These pre-cut sheet avoid that. They are a little awkward to store; I'm sure I'll figure out an optimal place. We put them in a 400F oven with roasted root veg, no problems. Haven't tried them above that temp.

These are so easy to use and make clean-up a breeze. I love the dispenser box, too. The last time I bought these they came rolled up in a plastic bag and were a pain to flatten and get out of the bag.

Before I came across this, I thought parchment paper only came in a roll. Sheets are such an improvement tp begin with. This product is great and easily tears with thumbnail scoring. It does not scorch at high temperatures. Yes, it's slippery, and it my only complaint is that it's not fun trying to get extra sheets back in the box. Highly recommend and never going back to wonky torn sheets that curl!

These work just as intended and are a life saver for someone who bakes a lot of cookies. Also works well cut to line other baking dishes. Use these to line containers for finished baked goods as well.

Love these. Keep them upright in cabinet and pull one out as needed. One sheet works for cooking batch of homemade cookies. I also use them to line pot when making the round loaf of bread in Dutch oven. Multiple uses.
