Love the small size and the ability to use my own trash can. Works well for card shredding with no jams. Did use it as recommended; not more than 6 sheets at a time, 5 minutes at a time, and allowed it to fully cool down between uses. Good value for the money.

I actually bought another shredder before this one but the arm wasn't long enough to fit over the existing trash can. I like this one better because not only will the arm extend over the trash can (kitchen size), but the arm feels sturdy. It's also not heavy so when removing it to empty the shreds, it's not cumbersome.
