    • Hopeful resolution for heater not working but lighting works

The heater stop working but the lightning worked , contacted seller quick response, basically suggested resetting the circuit breaker. So if you try this make sure you reset the circuit the fireplace is connected to, not sure reset all of them wait about half minute turn back on. This happens because of safety device in the unit is triggered ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Don't it look purty? I've got compliments on this one. Honestly there's only one setting that looks realistic, but I'm happy for that. (And also happy that i don't have to deal with a real fire.) It throws a little heat, not enoughto make a noticeable difference. The fans is quiet but still can be discerned. This product is exactly what I anticipated it to be and more. From the touchscreen functions to the fact that it is truly a “In-Wall” flush mount fireplace is amazing. Other fireplaces similar to this one claim to be able to be mounted recessed in the wall but it is false due the fact that the controls are located on the side of the unit that would be in the wall leaving you unable to access the power panel (take a look at their photos, you’ll see). That bothered me so I researched and found this model which not only comes with the fire log background and the crystal rocks background it has multiple setting and color schemes to accentuate any mood but wait there’s more... you have low and high heat setting to chose from or you can chose your desired temperature from 62 to 82 degrees...set a timer for it to turn off, adjust the brightness of the flame to 5 different brightness intensities. The heat and intake vents are situated on the front panel to allow free flow air without any blockage therefore making it the perfect “In-Wall” fire place for any space but if you don’t want to cut a hole in your wall it has a “flush to the wall” brackets that you SCREW INTO THE STUDS OF YOUR WALL (can’t stress that enough)and it’s just as good looking. Trust me it’s worth it and it’s LESS EXPENSIVE by almost $100 than the other brands that don’t have the same functions or the in the wall recessed mounting option. ... show more
