I purchased this for my cat to go to the very with (she’s scared of the little kennel ones, uses the bathroom in it as a self defense tactic) and she likes this one! No accidents and she can see out of it plus she can move around (which I think could be the reason of the accidents). Made of really good quality and love how each zipper has a hook so no way of accidental escaping - I sometimes take her on walks outside with my dog when the weather is right. I do wish it collapsed when not in use to save space- it fits both my dog and cat. The quality is amazing for the price - could easily be a $100+ carrier She is 13 pounds and my dog is 20 - both fit and the weight feels balanced ... show more

I used to have a clear dome backpack for my cat but I think it was getting too hot. This carrier is much better. It’s stable, well built, and the design is great. My cat sits comfortably, and it’s very easy to carry him around.

The bag is sturdy and roomy for a couple of puppies or 2 medium sized dog's and it is comfortable for one big dog not for a Beethoven 🤪 breed. The bag would be perfect if it had its own built in 2 big wheels and a pop up handle to pull its weighted cargo. Can't stand bags with small tiny wheels that breaks off easily total nonsense. Altho the bag is not a wheeled carrier I'll have to purchase a wheeled hauler separately. The zipper so far seems sturdy and the functionality of the access compartments is pretty cool for my two shihtzu pooches. I like to sneak them into stores so a bag flap would have been nice too but all in all its a good sturdy bag for the price. ... show more

I got this backpack as a replacement to another brand that was a similar shape. In the old backpack, the front panel had a pocket and it seemed my cat was very warm when we she was riding in it on hikes. This backpack had a mesh panel on the front where the pocket was and it has helped keep her cooler. I also like that it has a fixed pocket for your water bottle and a closed pocket for small items. My 11lb Shih Tzu loves this! I go on frequent hikes with my 2 other dogs and this boy is very much done within 20-30minutes. But i still love including him. It is not too big, the picture seems much larger than it is. I really love it overall. Great quality and exactly as pictured!

The shoulder straps are padded. There is a chest strap also to help balance the backpack when your pet moves around. Then there is a waist strap also. All straps are adjustable and comfortable. The chest strap is ok but if you have asthma I wouldn't recommend you using it. The backpack itself has 4 zippers. 1 on each side then there is lower zipper and a top zipper (this is where you see our boy Teddy in the pic). This allows your pet to look around when sitting. If the top zipper is closed it is screened but not solid. There is also a lead inside of the backpack to anchor your pet in the backpack. You can also lock the zippers so there is no concern about your pet sliding out. This is a really well made, well designed pet backpack. Our dog Teddy is about 27pds and has plenty of room in the backpack to either sit up or lay down. Teddy is a beagle, Shitsu, dashound mix and is 11yrs old. While he is losing his sight and smell he is still very active. He doesn't do well with long walks anymore but we try to keep him engaged in life and getting around. Our theory is that he likes the backpack because it allows him to be taller than every other dog in the area 😂. This is an exceptional pet backpack and well worth getting. ... show more
