    • Does not come with 14 pin connector like shown
In the pictures it shows a 9 and 14 pin connector to hook up, only comes with 6 and 9 pin connectors. So can not hook up to newer machines. Seems to work ok otherwise. Did not need the Et software so do not have any insight on that. Update was contacted by pangolin’s support. They are going to send me the correct adapter with the 14 pin for newer cats. It should be included and was most likely a packing or logistical issue. Will update when I receive the connector Final update. Received the new connector and it works like it should.     • There was a Trojan virus on the software disk.
The comm adapter arrived very fast and everything looks great. When I loaded the software onto my laptop it had a Trojan virus on the disk. The virus ruined my laptop. I had to completely wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows and everything. I lost some very valuable information that I had stored on it forever and I bricked a BMW DME.     • WORKS GREAT! Software tricky but follow vid.
Product works as it should! Was tricky installing the software but the service was prompt and very responsive. I ultimately found a video file on the CD that walked through install step by step. It was in a tvs extension video so I had to download Team Viewer to watch but once I did and followed to a T, works perfect to diagnose and clear codes on my 289D track loader!     • GREAT customer service ! !
Although this tool did not work on my machine, customer service did everything possible to make me a happy customer. The biggest problem was that my machine had a non-standard diagnostic port and no matter what we tried it would not connect. NOT the company's fault and we tried some work arounds to no avail.
