This is the 3rd purchase of this headset that pairs to my Panasonic cordless phones in my home. I like the the headset fit and ability to have my hands-free for taking notes while talking. It has only the single earpiece and each set has had the earpiece covering deteriorate and come separated from the headset bracket. I have tried to reattach it with glue or shoe goo which lasts for a few months but ultimately it does not reattach even though the speaker in the earpiece still works. I'm elderly and don't have a cell phone, just a landline with portable cordless receivers. As previously stated, have trouble hearing when using Panasonic phone. Wonder if some of the problem is from the call centers - do they have the best equipment.
