This is the 3rd purchase of this headset that pairs to my Panasonic cordless phones in my home. I like the the headset fit and ability to have my hands-free for taking notes while talking. It has only the single earpiece and each set has had the earpiece covering deteriorate and come separated from the headset bracket. I have tried to reattach it with glue or shoe goo which lasts for a few months but ultimately it does not reattach even though the speaker in the earpiece still works. I'm elderly and don't have a cell phone, just a landline with portable cordless receivers. Often I'm talking on the phone while working at my laptop, and using the headset really helps, as it frees up both left and right hands to work on my laptop. As previously stated, have trouble hearing when using Panasonic phone. Wonder if some of the problem is from the call centers - do they have the best equipment.

My guess is that it would work with nearly any DECT 6.0 Panasonic wireless landline handset and maybe other brands that have a 2.5mm headset jack. My handset looks like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087NWY9D9
