The seat padding is made with sponge material which would not last long. The armrest gets in the way. It rubs on my thigh and I am a 5 foot two and 130 pound female. Every movement I make there’s a crack. Although all the boats are intact, it seems like, the weight and the frame will give out soon. I ended up disassembling and returning this. Nice chair, but the gas shock i received is no good. Apparently I’m not the only one. The chair will not stay in any position, except all the way down. Also the adjustment knob that allows the chair to recline was not adjustable it seemed to be “locked” in place or possibly over tightened at the factory but it would not budge at all. I can only imagine how many of these issues could be avoided by having a better quality control inspection. Free returns/wxchanges but you have to disassemble the chair completely which i cannot get the shock off the base without damaging something and then try to somehow fit it in the box to send back. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The chair was very comfortable and the baby blue was real pretty. The only problem, being a major one, was that the hydraulic didnt work!!! I immediately requested a replacement. If the replacement has the same issue, I will be returning it for a full refund and selecting a different chair. Apparently, whomever job it is to assemble the hydraulic isn't too concerned about the integrity of the product or the company. Too bad! ... show more

The wheels on this chair are terrible. They literally fell apart. One hell refuses to go into slot & lock in place, the other just completely came apart. Terrible product. Of course this happens when the return window had closed. I guess I will remove the wheels and just use it as a stationary chair. ... show more
