This patio set is perfect! They send extra screws and pieces for the bottoms. It was a little hard to get the screws in as the Allen wrench didn’t necessarily fit in the space. That was a little frustrating as well as having to stuff the cushions into the covers yourself. However that is just part of putting it together yourself and no fault to the company! The set is cozy and the cushions are comfy! I love that they strap to the back so they stay in place! Great set and great price.

This product arrived and several screws and washers were loose in the bottom of the box, I counted them and there seemed to be some missing. When attempting to assemble, some pieces did not line up flush and therefore felt unstable. The set is also much lower to the floor than regular sitting furniture, I know it’d be a disaster for my back or visitors who would feel like they’re on the floor. Cute, but did not meet my expectations at all. Attempting to return and purchase different product.

Boxes came so messed up . Looked like they were opened and retaped. Product was damaged on the inside but I refused to send it back bc of how much shipping it going to cost so I tried to fix it myself hopefully it doesn’t get worse . I already paid $169 for shipping . Didn’t give me the option to replace the item but to return it . The glass table top doesn’t fit in the table correctly . It’s got spaces on one end and wil not fit in the other . Maybe it was just my box like this but just be aware . Other than that , it’s a nice set . Cushions are also very thin .

This took forever to put together and was not initially impressed by the quality. After no actual use but sitting outside for 2-3 weeks several chairs are leaking rust that has stained my patio. I called amazon and they will be picking it up for return. After the time spent putting this together for “free” the time spent trying to pressure wash my patio…I say save your money and do not recommend this unless maybe your outside area is completely covered.

Looked great strapping on bottom looked like it cud easily come off or get loose n once broken it's a domino effect..I didnt wanna chance it so I returned.

Love, love, love this set. What I didn’t like it that it took me nearly 4 hours to assemble. The Allen wrench it came with stripped two screws, and was so bent by the time I was finished. I was only able to use my drill for the screws at the bottom of the chairs. The instructions labeled the parts, however, the parts themselves were not labeled. Some parts are different sizes which made assembly quite frustrating. All in all, I am happy with the quality of the product.
