I cannot tell you how pleased my family and I are with this 7-piece patio set! Everything arrived on time in 3 large boxes. We received 1 tracking number for 2 boxes, and the 3rd and final box arrived 1-2 days later. The directions make assembly a breeze. Of course, if you have an electric drill with a 6-pronged allen wrench attachment, that cuts assembly into a fraction of the time. Everything was square and there were no issues with missing or stripped parts - on the contrary, there were a few extra screws included which was nice. The furniture was pristine and had no dings or imperfections. Obviously, because everything is square, you should NOT completely tighten any screw on each piece until each screw is in place (this is generally a good practice). The furniture clips underneath really add an awesome layer of stability. The same is true for the straps on the cushions that attach to the chair backs. The color of the chairs and cushions was exactly as described and the pictures do not do them justice - everything looks great! The tea table is the perfect size and height, and the glass is a perfect fit and very sturdy - this was all really well packaged. The seats are comfortable for a long time, and the reclining piece is something I have NEVER SEEN anywhere else - great for propping up with a good book! As the picture shows, the possibilities are endless for seating arrangements. Right now we have the setup as 2 parallel sofas (see picture). When we bring out our fire pit, we simply move the tea table to one side as an end table and enjoy the fire right in the middle. Making s'mores is now a great family moment thanks to this set! I have to say, getting this set was our family's FIRST STEP to getting us more permanently outside our new home for outdoor cooking, family gatherings, and necessary yard work (ugh!). But we are outside, the kids are off the electronics and television, and enjoying family time and outdoor play! This set gets a 10 out of 10 from our family! ... show more

All in all this is a nice sectional for your outdoor area. I put it on my deck and to date have received a lot of compliments. I do really like it but it is not perfect. It was not difficult to assemble but I wish it came with slightly better tools but they worked. The instructions worked well and it really was fairly simple to assemble, it just took a bit because there are quite a few pieces to put together. Mine had a few pieces missing, like screws but I was able to make do. The seller and I worked things out about it which is great. My least favorite part about the set is the table. I wish it was a little smaller and a tad higher so you can put it more in the center and it would actually stand above the seating area. The cushions are a bit thin so they do wear through a bit, so since it is mostly me I just rotate them. The back rest pillows do not stay in place on their own but when you lean against them they work just fine. I would not recommend leaving them out in the rain because if they get really soaked they take some time to dry out again. So if a storm is coming I take them indoors so I can use them again right away. I have seen a few rust spots already, not even a few months into using it but that doesn't really bother me since I doubt it will fall apart now and it is in spots that are not that visible. It is holding up pretty nicely but I do see that if someone around 200lbs sits in one spot for a little longer the sectional is hanging through a bit but it evens out if you leave it be for a while. The worst part of it is trying to put those little plastic pieces on them that connects them so they don't drift apart. I was not able to do that really so mine tend to just drift apart when I use it, again not a big deal but I wish they had a better system that is easier to apply. All in all it looks fantastic, was pretty easy to assemble just takes a bit and so far overall is holding up nicely. It is a decent value for what I paid and fits beautifully in the space that I put it in. In the winter I will either bring it indoors to protect it or cover it with a sturdy cover since winters here will get bad and I don't want it to get ruined. I think I should get at least a few solid years out of it without any issues at all. I love the lounging feature on it and se it a lot. I am out on my deck pretty much every decent day now and enjoy this a lot. I am very happy about it and glad I got this. Now I can actually entertain friends on my deck for a nice glass of wine or beverage of choice. ... show more

We purchased this sectional for a sunroom. The listing has conflicting information on how many boxes this ships in. Ours arrived in 2 large boxes. Assembly was time consuming but easy. We were missing a bag of hardware. It was only some of the feet and clips that keep the sections together, so it did not stop us from assembling the pieces. I reached out to Pamapic and they were very responsive and sent the parts to me ASAP. The customer service was very good. The assembled sectional is what I expected and very nice for the price. It's comfortable enough to lounge on for long periods of time and large enough to nap on. I'll update this review if we encounter any issues with the quality, but I'm hopeful this sectional will last a long time. ... show more

Couch is very comfortable and looks great. Actually pretty sturdy and not too bad to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. Couch cushions are water resistant I’d say?? Spilled stuff on them and it beads quick and falls off. I don’t know about rain proof. I did put some UV protectant on the furniture as I don’t really expect this to handle the Sun super well based on the price but for $15 a good UV protectant is probably worth it. Cushions slide as would any with Thai material so some some stick on Velcro was easy and works perfect. The adjustable back rest is amazing for laying down. We’ve used it every night for the last 10 days we’ve had set up. ... show more

After we started assembling parts, noticed few screw positions are not correct. It seems we need to drill ourselves to fit them. There are some tears on rattans. However, rattan quality looks good and seller was very helpful and resolved this issue quickly.
