Buyer beware! Do not buy. This is cheaply made, and arrived broken and bent. I believe these are chairs someone else returned and were sent to me. They are bent and broken. Parts are opened and falling out of the box that is ripped open on the side. I have been sick for over a month and I was unable to put this together so of course I am now out of my Amazon return window. Amazon could only offer me a partial credit of $104 on a set I paid over $500 for! I was royally screwed. This says it is supposed to support over 300 lbs, they sure don’t feel like they would. They are flimsy. Please do yourself a favor and don’t get screwed out of $430 like I did for chairs I can’t use. I have been saving to get a nice patio set and now I am out of my hard earned money. Do not buy! You will regret it. Edited to add I have tried contacting this seller 2 times with no answer. I am very unsatisfied with what Amazon was able to offer me as far as this set, so I reached out to the seller for replacement or refund of ALL my money. And I have been met with silence. Please do not support this seller.

Overall, I get what I paid for, so I wasn't having high expectations. Disappointed the tabletop was heavily dented, but that's probaly the shipping company's fault since I saw how they handled my package. I wanted a replacement but there's no guarantee the next one won't be dented and I didn't feel like waiting and then assemble again as we should be putting the set away for winter now. Contacted Amazon and said I would settle for a partial refund instead, just to make it a win-win situation since I only expect this set to last a few years anyways. Their policy was to offer me 10% off from original price even though if I returned it and a new one, the current price is 15% off from my original price. So, that kind of sucked a lot, but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of disassembling everything and return them, esp it's a cosmetic issue that I am willing to accept. Which brings me to the next issue I have... The table wasn't too hard to assemble but the chairs took forever since the holes don't exactly line up, and it took forever to screw everything in. In the end, the chairs are a bit wobbly but seems stable enough to sit. You also need at least 2 people to do all of this. Once finished though, it does what it is supposed to do. Just don't have high expectations.

Item arrived fine. Was fairly easy to assemble. But within the first week of use 8 table screws come out My son said they used the wrong size screws. The table was pre assembled. We did not put that together so hoping new screws this spring work After the first two fell out my friend and I ran our hand under the table and any raised ones fell right in our hands .

I received this patio set in a timely manner. I put the table together first which was quite easy. I then went to put the chairs together, and they had sent me the incorrect screws to connect the base of the chair to the top of the chair, rendering the chairs useless. I contacted the company several times through email with no response. I tried to call two different phone numbers I have for the company, and one just had a constant busy signal, and the other phone number had a full voicemail. I had to return the set to Amazon.

Many reviewers have noted that chair assembly is difficult, even for skilled handymen/women. Those reviews are correct. The problem is that you have to get 8 machine cap screws (bolts) started into their corresponding threaded inserts, but some of the inserts in the chair parts were installed crooked. This makes it very difficult to get the bolts started without cross-threading (even if you are being very cautious starting them by hand). Also, the bolts and hex keys supplied are of inferior quality steel, so the hex key tends to slip in the cap screw head. I used a better quality hex key set, but the cap screws still ended up damaged, so had to purchase replacement bolts at the hardware store, as no extra bolts were provided. The table went together much more easily, but the headache of chair assembly results in a low rating from me. Beware!

It came with thin cushions, so I had to buy new 4" cushions to make the seat higher, but it could still use a few more inches. I even unscrewed the floor levelers to the maximum height. I removed the floor levelers from the table to reduce it by 1/4". Also, the chairs have a tendency to lean forward. Otherwise, the table is great, very heavy and the set looks nice.
