The media could not be loaded. The box arrived damaged. We didn’t think it would be too bad. The bike was pretty easy to assemble. My husband had trouble setting the brakes. Once we got them set, our son took it for his first ride. That’s when we noticed that both wheels were bent. I asked for a replacement bike. That arrived and what do you know?!?! The SAME ISSUE!! Returning the second bike too. Whoever is shipping these bikes is not following the directions on the box!! (DO NOT LAY FLAT) I would sincerely hope that the manufacturer is not shipping defective products on purpose. We have a smaller pacific bike and never had this issue! ... show more
