This is a very good Ice Maker at a good price. It did come with a cheap drain hose that I replaced when installing , but other that that it has been very good. It does make clear ice and stays full all the time.I did have a problem develop after 3 months and the company replaced the unit at no charge to me. This says a lot about the company. You always have the possibility of having a problem, it is how the company handles the problem. I will buy for this company again. ... show more

Little bit pricey and cover over ice bin dark not clear like pictured, easy to set up , I plumed it in to my water line and drain with inline water filter, filled ice bin quick and ice stays well for long time, I set it up on counter left plenty of room around it for air, will give high marks for fast shipping on FedEx, was good to get this unit after two fails from other sellers, was packed well, yes would recommend to a friend.     • Makes ice automatically/ hate the door
This is the second ice maker we tried. First one didn’t replenish used or melted ice and had to be turned back on. This one works as an ice maker should-keeping a continuous supply. But I have to admit- they failed on the door. With this being a product that is low to the ground, the door should flip open from the top. This one opens from the bottom and tucks up on top. It’s not a natural open and scoop operation. They could have made this entire unit prettier by having a glass flip open from the top door and by installing a blue LED light inside. Glad to have this for our new bar station on our yacht, but would have chosen something better if we had a larger space to work with where the ice maker needs to go, and if there were better options in this size range. The media could not be loaded. I bought this ice maker for our lake home because buying ice was an everyday thing. It has turned out to be an asset to us this summer. I would say if you are going to use bottle water that it will go through a lot of waste, so instead of having a drain we recycle the water back into a sealed jug and reuse the water. We don't use the ice for Consumption just to cool our can beer. The 3rd picture you see is damage caused during shipping, but the Machine still works just fine, so beware of FedEx shipping.🙄 I did report the incident but of course no response 😑 but other its a great ice maker. One last thing...it doesn't hold the ice well and when it's full the ice needs to be but in bags and put in the freezer or it will melt and the maker will continue to make ice. There is no Frigeration. ... show more

This machine is perfect for dispensing lots of ice for immediate use OR, as in my case, I bag the ice as its made and store it in a large freezer for boating season. When you want to make ice or do not want to make ice you can press the button on the front and turn it on & off, without having to unplug it. As you can see from the photos, the ice compartment is not a "freezer like" sealed unit. The ice dispenses and, if not used in a reasonable amount of time, will slowly melt and drain out the rear through the attached drain hose. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Product is amazing for price! We own a small coffee shop and it keeps up well with our frozen and iced drinks. The ice dropping is a tad bit loud but other than that it runs quiet. Perfect for a bar, cafe or small event center!!

We are currently using a 3 gallon water bottle with our icemaker. We go through a lot of ice so 3 gallons lasts about 24 hours plus. We wish the reservoir was a little bigger to hold more ice so we didn’t have to empty it as often to keep production going. If allowed to sit ice will melt in the reservoir.
