This should have happened sooner, but after 24 years, I replaced my Moen kitchen faucet. It was leaky and just not functioning as it used to. This kitchen faucet has been a fantastic upgrade to the sink area. It has a clean, modern look that instantly makes the kitchen feel more polished, and the finish is easy to wipe down after everyday use. The high-arc design provides plenty of room for filling large pots and washing bulky dishes, while the pull-down sprayer makes rinsing produce, cleaning the sink, and tackling stuck-on food much easier. One of the best features is how smoothly it operates. The handle moves easily, the water flow feels strong and consistent, and the sprayer switches between modes without any hassle. Installation was straightforward, and once in place, the faucet felt sturdy and well-made. It is both practical and attractive, which is exactly what I want in a kitchen fixture. This was my first time ever replacing a kitchen faucet, so I missed this detail as a beginner. My existing hot/cold line connections were female, as well as the faucet connectors. I contacted the manufacturer, and timely, they provided a solution for the male/male adapters needed to complete the install. I would highly recommend this kitchen faucet to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, stylish, and convenient upgrade. I did a lot of shopping research, reading various product reviews, before choosing this faucet. The price was attractive, as well as the design and functionality. A few of the negative video reviews gave me a bit of pause, but since I'm on a budget, I thought I'd give it a go. After completing the installation process -- which was not "effortlessly" as the product description indicated... but hey, crawling inside a cramped kitchen sink cabinet space and disconnecting the old faucet, getting proper leverage on your tools and the connections, setting up your lights properly to be able to see, all while having old mineral deposits from the old leaky faucet falling in your eyes (HOT TIP: wear safety glasses or goggles!) -- suffice it to say that I gained some perspective on some of the reported problems with the faucet. #!: If the entire faucet assembly is loose, or becomes loose later on, it's because you didn't tighten the brass fixing nut under the sink properly. After my initial tightening, I thought "that should be good," but then thought "I'd better give it a bit more" because hey, it wasn't easy getting proper leverage while contorting my body in that cramped under-sink space. Sure enough, the fixing nut was not quite tight, so I gave it some more "ooomph" until I was sure it was good and snug. (ADVISORY: Don't over-tighten the fixing nut and strip the threads!) End result: the faucet assembly is mounted solidly. #2: One of the review videos (seems to no longer be here) complained of the extensible faucet head not retracting back into place properly. The video showed that, sure... but I'd wager that it's simply because they didn't position the counterweight properly. My faucet head retracts just fine, after a second adjustment of the counterweight's position. I won't bother describing exactly how it should be positioned, but most halfway competent people should be able to figure it out. If you can't figure it out, then you really probably should hire a real plumber to do the installation for you... which I imagine would apply in the majority of cases of problems with this faucet post-installation. If you don't install it properly, it's not likely to function properly, so don't blame the manufacturer. Overall, i'm quite happy with this faucet's design, functionality and build quality. Yes, it's a bit on the lightweight side and could be built a bit heavier/sturdier, but you're not going to find that without paying considerably more from one of the more high-end manufacturers -- probably $200 or more. It's only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far, so good. Great value for a low price at this point. ... show more

So glad I purchased this faucet. It works wonderfully. Had to have a plumber install since the old faucet was very difficult to remove. Water pressure is strong and faucet is very stable. We have an old porcelain sink that will need to be replaced soon, but would like to keep the faucet once done.

If you fear a kitchen flood due to Maggie or Grandpa Simpson accidentally leaving the water running, this is for you! It turns itself off after 3 minutes. Installation was easy -- the hardest part for me was removing the old faucet. The instructions they give you kinda s*ck, you've got to figure out which of 5 unlabeled hoses/cords are which, while you're under the sink. But this senior, disabled lady got it installed faster and easier than I thought I would. There's a good picture of the installed hoses right in the description on this webpage.     • Check the distance from the installed hose to your water connection!

I give 5 stars for easy installation BUT....check the distance from your water connection to the hose that is attached, because it was TOO short to reach my cold water intake connection. It's an easy enough fix, buy the small male/female hose, but this hose is not available in any of the home improvement stores without a 3 or more day wait. Even a 2 day wait here on Amazon for the correct part. It may not be an issue on a newer house but definitely something you should check if you are in an older home. It does look terrific though and can't wait to turn my water back on, as something with an older house is....the valves under the sink are not exactly operable. I'll come back and let you all know how it works, once it works! It is a good price though. ... show more
