It is packed really well and looks great. The cushions are fairly thick and comfortable. My only complaint is the plastic feet. They send extra feet which are adjustable, in case the legs are uneven, but you have to pull out the old plastic feet which are stapled in. Huge pain! Why not just install the adjustable feet to start with? Other than that, these are great, but it’s a surprising miss for something that is otherwise so well constructed. ... show more

The cushions (not all) absorb water and require taken out to dry. The filling material does not support comfort they collapse with weight. I weigh about 235 lbs and I sink to almost the chair seat itself.
