This is a great set and excellent value! We found that an allen wrench drill bit and socket wrench made assembly go fast. We got the light grey which looks really nice with color of the furniture and our stone patio. Beautiful and comfortable!!

We absolutely love the furniture and get a lot of compliments on it. The cushions are firm but comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. HOWEVER, I had more of a customer service experience that makes me deduct a star. We had a chipmunk decide to chew a hole in one of the cushion covers (the main hole was 2”x2”). I reached out to customer service about buying a replacement cover and was quoted $400 for just covers. I had only been looking for one or a couple of covers but that was for the whole set. Still, $400 is nuts! Instead I patched the hole and covered it with a pretty appliqué. It took a bit of trial and error to get the right color so I didn’t have to put appliqués on other chairs to make it all look cohesive. Other people may be happy with it standing out more but I was going for pretty camouflage. I’m really happy with my fix. I also put dryer sheets in all the cushions in the hope it would deter additional rambunctious rodents. So far, so good but at least the appliqué came as a pack of 4.

This is a very nice-looking and sturdy patio set for a great price. The assembly instructions are graphical rather than written, but we found them to be very clear. It certainly helps to have a ratchet-style driver with an allen bit, and a socket wrench. Trying to assemble with the tools that came in the package would take a very long time. But all the parts and cushions were there and tools shouldn't downgrade the overall rating.

We ordered the set with sofa, gliding chairs, and ottomans. Arrived very fast and was easy to put together following instructions. The set is sooo comfortable and looks great! We received one part damaged, the seller responded within 48 hours and resolved the issue within a week! Very impressed with the seller and already recommended their products to family members. Honestly, I’m very skeptical and I’m can’t say enough good things about the product and the seller.

It is very overwhelming looking for patio furniture online with all the different options! When I came across this one, I did a lot of research on the product. Not knowing if the cushions were going to be comfortable I took a risk. It came super quick in two large boxes. It was extremely fast and easy to assemble and the cushions are sooo comfortable! I was so relieved when I sat down in the chairs and couch! This product is a must buy for the color of the set, the style, and the comfort.

First, I only got one box. It didn't say what was in it, like sofa and ottomans. Try and figure that out. Directions are HORRIBLE, if that's what you call them. I'm good at putting things together, but you really need another set of hands, especially for the sofa. I'm extremely disappointed with the NON quality of the cushions. Also, the nap of the sofa cushion material was very noticeably crooked on one of them - the weave was noticeably off and not straight. For the hassle of putting it together, plus the cost, I would NOT waste my money on this. Spend a little more, even double, and get a good quality set. Addendum: It's now a week and I have contacted Ovios. Their reply was they will send me a new back to the sofa and chair that was ripped. They said nothing about the inward bow on the sofa back. I suppose they think I am going to take the sofa apart (joke - not) and put it back together again. That's NOT happening. I told them they can come over and do it. No response. I would NEVER buy another product from this company, as their packing (and non-instructions) is absolutely HORRIFIC. There was no corner protection on any of the pieces - all the plastic corners were strewn loose in the box. So to send something like this from Chy-na should tell you all you need to know. And the money for a matching rug, plus all the covers, hundreds of dollars more wasted.

For the price, it seems like you get a lot of bang for your buck. Things seem well made and good materials. But, I will say, the assembly was a pain. Many many bolts, many in weird spots to try to get to, and too small of areas to use any tools to make things easier so you have to use the tiny little allen wrench and regular wrench. Super painful.
