The set was shipped and delivered promptly. Everything arrived in only a few days and was in good order. Assembly took a bit of time but that is mostly because I ordered the 12 piece set. The instructions were adequate (might take a bit longer if you have never assembled this sort of thing) and everything went pretty smoothly, especially after I got going. Took around 3-4 hours to assemble with my wife working on putting the cushions together. I like that the two corner pieces I received were able to be used as centers. While the L shape looks cool, I feel like the seating is better maximized without corners since then where do the people in that seat put their feet. Cushions are great so far with plenty of padding to make a comfortable seat. Just wish the cushions for the back rest were a bit larger (taller) so that they would extend above the back of the furniture. Build of both the cushions and the wicker seem pretty good for the price Customer support was fantastic. 2 days after I bought mine, the product went on sale and they were willing to give me a price match refund to save me the hassle of returning at original price and re-ordering at discounted price. Ultimately I am very pleased with my purchase so far! We will see how long everything lasts but it will be under a gazebo so that should help reduce some of the wear and tear that outdoor furniture usually gets.

I had been wanting a big comfy sectional for our top deck to replace the dining table and chairs. I did a lot of searching and knew that I didn’t want to spend too much money and this set fit the bill. Putting all 12 pieces together took FOREVER but I spaced it out over a week which helped. I hand tightened everything in place first before using the provided tools to tighten everything in place. So far, we are really happy with this sectional. It is comfortable and looks great. It is plastic rattan but I think it looks nice. The denim blue matches with any color combination and is a pretty color. The rug and throw pillows are from Amazon as well. We moved one of the coffee tables to the side of the sectional and two of the side arm pieces to the lower deck. If you are looking for a nice outdoor sectional that is fairly inexpensive and you don’t mind spending a lot of time putting it together, I recommend this one. We are keeping a waterproof cover over it whenever we aren’t using it. After all that work, I certainly don’t want it ruined by a bad storm!

Outdoor set was delivered 4 days earlier than expected. That was a nice surprise. It did take a few hours to put together but instructions are very clear and there was a QR to scan to access a video if needed. There was an issue with a cushion cover, so I contacted the seller. They were extremely prompt getting back to me and resolved my issue immediately. I am very pleased and plan on ordering more outdoor furniture from ovios in the future. Fantastic value

Nice set for the money. I found all the pieces nicely tagged, and all hardware was included. Although the set took 4 hours to assemble, I found the included directions with a utube link very informative and assembly was fairly simple. I would buy from this company again.

Honestly, This is pretty poorly made. The quality is awful- this is synthetic wicker aka plastic, really cheap plastic almost like this came out of a at home 3d printer. The manufacture folded the plastic wicker back where the bolts hold the pieces together. Well when they folded the wicker back it broke- causing the wicker to fall apart and the weaving to become unraveled. So naturally I was not happy with the item, requested a return and the seller did approve but required I pay for return shipping at $450.00, Seller has been less than helpful, I don't think 3rd party sellers should be allowed to sell their crappy products on Amazon. Definitely expect better service, better quality and I hope Amazon bands seller like this. BEWARE

We’ve only had this for a couple months but are quite happy with the unit. Despite a small delay after contacting customer service, once the problem was identified their response was very good and helpful. We weren’t sent a corner unit which caused some confusion when putting the whole thing together but were sent the correct piece after contacting customer service. Pros: Easy to assemble. Each piece has color coded labels. The holes match up and extra screws and washers are included. The height of the seat bases and the backs are good. Doesn’t feel like I’m sitting on the floor and my back has support. Seat cushions are very firm and comfortable. I’m impressed with the quality of the foam. They come compressed in plastic packaging. The instructions say to let them plump up before putting them in the fabric covers but I put them in immediately after taking them out of the plastic. I figured it would be easier than wrangling a full size foam cushion into the covers and it was. It was easy to make small adjustments to the fabric cover as needed. The denim color is very pretty and the fabric is a nice thickness. The back cushions tie around the seat back, preventing them from falling forward. We already have a rectangular firepit so the coffee table was used as an end table. It is the same size as the chair bases so it fits in well and doesn’t look odd. We also opted to buy an extra armless seat to make it look better around the firepit. (Thanks customer service for help with ordering that!) Customer service is responsive and helpful. We received the correct seating unit very quickly. Cons: While the seat cushions are very comfortable the back cushions are just fiberfill and aren’t as comfortable. Easy to remedy with pretty accent pillows. The feet are plastic so I’m not sure how well these will hold up over time. The vinyl wicker is a pretty thin material and only time will tell how this holds up as well. We’ve placed it under the roof of our lanai and cover it when not using it. I wouldn’t place this out on the lawn and expect it to last long. The seat frame is metal wrapped in vinyl wicker but there are no metal supports that crisscross to support the seat cushions or the weight of a person. The supports are just twisted vinyl material in a tic tac toe pattern. The only metal supports attach near the corners. I’ve included a picture of a seating base that shows this. For me this is probably the biggest con and again, only time will tell how well it holds up. Overall we are very happy with this seating unit and enjoy using it on our lanai.
