So comfortable and beautiful
Size: 7 PCS Set, 42" Fire Pit
Color: Grey Rattan, Grey Cushion
I was really worried about ordering this without sitting on it first but we are so happy with this set. The cushions are very comfortable and thick and the backs are high enough to offer great back support. I put the majority of the set together by myself, not very difficult. This is a beautiful addition to my new covered deck

Ovios 7 piece patio conversation set
Size: 7 PCS Set, 42" Fire Pit
Color: Grey Rattan, Denim Blue Cushion
The patio set is perfect for what I needed and had been looking for. The quality is good and comfortable. The chair instructions could have been better. The other pieces went together quickly and easily. The chairs and small side table came one day, the couch and ottomans the next day, and the table firepit the 3rd day. The tracking information was not good nor clear on what was being shipped and when. I did contact OVIOS about the firepit shipping info and they responded quickly. Overall, very satisfied.

Customer service is top notch! Good quality product & high back
Size: 6 PCS Set, Swivel Chair
Color: Grey Rattan, Grey Cushion
The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’2” and you can see in the photo how high the back is. I really like that as I feel it is more comfortable and relaxing to sit in with the higher backs. I received one piece that was a little damaged. I contacted the customer service department through Amazon. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and I received a new piece within a few days. The shipment came from California. I did not have to return the damaged piece. Their customer service is definitely top-notch when ordering something this large and expensive it’s nice to have customer service that response so quickly and kindly. The cushion that you sit on is very stiff but very supportive. I’m sure overtime it may be a little more cushiony, but definitely quality. I’m very happy with this product.

Horrible
Size: 5 PCS Set, Patio Sofa
Color: Brown Rattan, Orange Red Cushion
delivered to the wrong address it turned into a nightmare had to run to U-Haul and pay for that. The holes didn’t match up so we had to Jimmy rig lots of the parts. I definitely would not purchase this again.

Do not tighten screws -
Size: 5 PCS Set, Patio Sofa
Color: Brown Rattan, Navy Blue Cushion
Very important DO NOT TIGHTEN all screws until you have all items assembled to make sure they level up when put on surface. We had to take arms off couch and realign back and legs (2 short and 2 long) . Otherwise we love it .
