I’d like a full refund. I’m 185 lbs and work from home 40-50 hours/wk. This chair lasted about 5 months and is now following apart. It’s starting to bend and literally fall apart at the back support. This is unacceptable. The arm supports are way too far forward. You can’t rest your arms while seated you have to hunch forward. I’m having to get foot massages and full body massages to correct my body from hurting so much. I do not recommend this chair. -2 stars. Looks pretty but horrible to work from.

Within the first couple weeks the screws mounting one of the arms on the chair broke free causing it to wobble. The wheels were very low quality, dragging and grinding on my concrete floor. I purchased quality wheels solving that problem. The padding on the chair is very minimal. I’m an average US male in size and within 3 months it feels as if I’m sitting on a hard surface. Spend the extra money and get something of more quality.

First, be warned, this chair does not have free returns. Their return charge is over $60!!!! Second, the casters hardly roll. Third, the chair is VERY uncomfortable. The seat base curves up on the sides and is very firm. So your hips start aching shortly after sitting in it. The back of the chair has no support. The chair is beautiful, but not very functional. Unless you are only going to use it a few minutes a day, don’t buy it! When I requested to return the chair, I was told returning the chair was going to be almost half the cost of the chair itself. I told them I would not pay that much and if they are going to charge that kind of price, there needs to be a huge warning on the page so you know before you buy it!!! The company finally agreed to let me return the chair for free as long as I could box it up and send them pictures that I had boxed it up perfectly with nothing damaged. Then they informed me that they would only refund my money after they received it and looked at everything in the box. I went out and bought bubble wrap and packing paper. Then I wrapped every part of that chair, and put the casters in a Ziploc bag. I sent them pictures of everything perfectly packed. After all that, they told me the box I was sending it in was too big. Then they told me the dimensions of the box I HAD to use. I couldn’t find one to buy, so I had to make one. (Which they said I could do) In order to make the size box they required, I had to take two boxes, cut one (purchasing one - another cost) and “make” a box with the right dimensions for them. After I made it, I sent the pictures to them, showing them that the chair would absolutely never fit in it. Just a note, the seat back and the seat base do not come apart. They are one piece. And you can’t take the cartridge out of the leg base once you insert it. So it requires a large box for returns. This process took over two week and was very frustrating!! I tried to do everything I could to send that chair back to them. Finally, they just told me to keep the chair and they refunded my money. This was by far the worst problem I’ve ever had with a product on Amazon. The sad part is, the chair is sitting in our basement and can’t be used. It’s so uncomfortable, we don’t even know what to do with it.
