First, be warned, this chair does not have free returns. Their return charge is over $60!!!! Second, the casters hardly roll. Third, the chair is VERY uncomfortable. The seat base curves up on the sides and is very firm. So your hips start aching shortly after sitting in it. The back of the chair has no support. The chair is beautiful, but not very functional. Unless you are only going to use it a few minutes a day, don’t buy it! When I requested to return the chair, I was told returning the chair was going to be almost half the cost of the chair itself. I told them I would not pay that much and if they are going to charge that kind of price, there needs to be a huge warning on the page so you know before you buy it!!! The company finally agreed to let me return the chair for free as long as I could box it up and send them pictures that I had boxed it up perfectly with nothing damaged. Then they informed me that they would only refund my money after they received it and looked at everything in the box. I went out and bought bubble wrap and packing paper. Then I wrapped every part of that chair, and put the casters in a Ziploc bag. I sent them pictures of everything perfectly packed. After all that, they told me the box I was sending it in was too big. Then they told me the dimensions of the box I HAD to use. I couldn’t find one to buy, so I had to make one. (Which they said I could do) In order to make the size box they required, I had to take two boxes, cut one (purchasing one - another cost) and “make” a box with the right dimensions for them. After I made it, I sent the pictures to them, showing them that the chair would absolutely never fit in it. Just a note, the seat back and the seat base do not come apart. They are one piece. And you can’t take the cartridge out of the leg base once you insert it. So it requires a large box for returns. This process took over two week and was very frustrating!! I tried to do everything I could to send that chair back to them. Finally, they just told me to keep the chair and they refunded my money. This was by far the worst problem I’ve ever had with a product on Amazon. The sad part is, the chair is sitting in our basement and can’t be used. It’s so uncomfortable, we don’t even know what to do with it.

I’m honestly devastated to even have to write this review but sadly, everyone was right. Visually the chairs are PERFECT. They are made of a soft material and look just like the photos. But they are in no way functional. My husband and I waited over two weeks for them to arrive as they got lost in the mail (not anyone’s fault, things happen!) but upon assembling them today, the wheels don’t work… at all. They are flimsy plastic that don’t roll. Not functional for an office space. We just moved into a nice house with hardwood floors. NO carpet. And can’t get the chairs to move smoothly at all. Honestly as visually appealing as they are, it’s not worth the money. Find a chair that actually rolls and doesn’t sit still like a trophy. Super disappointed. UPDATE: 2/14/23 We needed up purchasing rubber wheels off of Amazon and although it cost us almost $80 for two sets of 5 wheels, it was worth it. The chairs work PERFECT now. Still frustrating that we had to go through the effort of purchasing different wheels and spend even more money. But they work for us now

The chair is easy to assemble, is comfortable and handsome, but damn, these casters are the worst. If you rely on scooting around in your office, I would not recommend the product. Almost always, at least one caster becomes stuck mid-pivot and will not roll properly, its a pain and sounds horrible on my wood floors. If there is a way to replace the casters to something reliable, then I would change them out for what was packaged. Other than that, its a pretty decent chair.

I don’t think the weight capacity is 250lbs. My husband weighs 220 and it broke from his weight. The hard plastic that the base is made with is not super sturdy. It snapped under his weight. It is still somewhat usable, I just have to sit carefully. I don’t like the fact that the wheels make the whole base spin, really wish they spun separately. Overall it looks like a high quality chair, but it’s really not.

This is an attractive-looking chair but uncomfortable. I am 5'8" and normal build and when I sit in it I feel I am being pushed forward and almost falling frontwise out of the chair. There is zero support for the back and the angle of the seat cannot be adjusted, so it's like sitting in a straight-back chair all the time. Also, the chair seat itself is not deep enough to provide any support to the upper legs-- you are just perched there with a lot of weight on your knees and feet, and can't relax. I am keeping it because I don't want to ask my husband to have to disassemble it, but I regret having bought it. Looks cute but be sure to check out the measurements of this chair, and if you want comfort look somewhere else.
