Relatively easy to put together with 2 people. I'm 5'4" and my feet don't quite touch the floor on the lowest setting. doesn't bother me enough to send it back, I just rest my feet on a foam roller. I've been using it almost 2 months and it's still in great condition. The fabric on the seat cushion seems like it may show wear in a few more months. Only thing i really don't like is the stitching is bright orange. It's hard to tell in the pic but it contrasts significantly with the fabric. I replaced the wheels with roller blade type wheels so can't comment on the ones that came with it.

We are extremely pleased with our purchase. It arrived promptly, before the promised date and assembly was easy. It has a great stylish look and very nice fabric. It is a soft material that looks like suede with orange stitching. It is perfect for a home office. It is not bulky, and is very comfortable for my husband and myself! It has a seat adjustment for height, and tilt adjustment on the back that locks into position.

It is made of a very nice material. Very comfortable. However, when reclining, the material on the backrest rubs the material on the seat and it makes an annoying sound. If there's a fix for that, I'd love to know

I am very happy with this chair! It is comfy and looks great. I did not know the stitching was orange but I it looks good. Delivery took a little longer than I had wished but all in all a good product.

I love how this chair looks, but it falls short in a few picky areas. First, it started squeaking really bad for me maybe after a week of use. Any time I lean back, it gives a loud squeak. Nothing a little grease couldn't help, but extra maintenance that I haven't had the time for. Second pain point is the lever to raise and lower the seat. Because of the placement of the arms, it is really hard to grab the lever, specifically when you are trying to raise the seat. My arm always gets pinched between the arm and the back of the seat; I wish that gap was wider. Id be nice if I could adjust the arms separately as well to be a higher or lower height.

I just put this chair together this morning and I am obsessed! I waited over a year to buy a new office chair and I shouldn't have. I really hope this chair holds up and will definitely update the review if it doesn't. (I'm good about that.) This chair leans back just right when I press back and I can rest my head too. I got rid of the pillow I was using as lumbar support in the previous chair. I wouldn't say this chair gives a great deal of lumbar support but it is enough for me. I am 5'2'', 130lbs. My husband is 6'3'' 180lbs and upon sitting in it and leaning back asked when we can get one for him. I had no idea this handsome comfortable chair was the final piece I needed for content productivity. I thought I had all the senses covered. The chair is not only beautiful but it is soft and comfortable to the touch as well. I was looking at leather chairs before and reclining gaming chairs with foot rests. I am sooo glad I got this one instead! I do have a bar under my desk that I use to prop my feet up and highly recommend some kind of foot rest. I also opted to not put the arm rests on and love the look. Can't say enough good things about this chair. Buy it with confidence.

I have been using this chair daily for about a year now. It has been a great purchase besides the armrests. It might be common in most chairs with daily use, so it might be a minor complaint. However, if it's not common, the armrests of this chair wore out quickly and now there is little padding where my elbows sit. It might be just because I use the chair daily, so don't let this review be your determining factor. It looks great in the room!
