Looks great, quality great, cushion thickness is good. I looked ant previous reviews and saw conflicting reviews. The cushion thickness is enough, unless if you’re a person who prefers really thick cushions. Instructions easy to understand and to assemble. You could build alone if you don’t have assistance, I built it by myself. The holes align well for each screwing hole, had no issues. I hadn’t reviewed the cleaning instructions for the fabric on the cushions. So to clean you need to hand wash and air dry. My one concern was delivery was the glass table, I had no issues it arrived intact and not damaged. I did buy accent pillows separately as they were not included. ... show more

We’ve only had this for a couple months but are quite happy with the unit. Despite a small delay after contacting customer service, once the problem was identified their response was very good and helpful. We weren’t sent a corner unit which caused some confusion when putting the whole thing together but were sent the correct piece after contacting customer service. Pros: Easy to assemble. Each piece has color coded labels. The holes match up and extra screws and washers are included. The height of the seat bases and the backs are good. Doesn’t feel like I’m sitting on the floor and my back has support. Seat cushions are very firm and comfortable. I’m impressed with the quality of the foam. They come compressed in plastic packaging. The instructions say to let them plump up before putting them in the fabric covers but I put them in immediately after taking them out of the plastic. I figured it would be easier than wrangling a full size foam cushion into the covers and it was. It was easy to make small adjustments to the fabric cover as needed. The denim color is very pretty and the fabric is a nice thickness. The back cushions tie around the seat back, preventing them from falling forward. We already have a rectangular firepit so the coffee table was used as an end table. It is the same size as the chair bases so it fits in well and doesn’t look odd. We also opted to buy an extra armless seat to make it look better around the firepit. (Thanks customer service for help with ordering that!) Customer service is responsive and helpful. We received the correct seating unit very quickly. Cons: While the seat cushions are very comfortable the back cushions are just fiberfill and aren’t as comfortable. Easy to remedy with pretty accent pillows. The feet are plastic so I’m not sure how well these will hold up over time. The vinyl wicker is a pretty thin material and only time will tell how this holds up as well. We’ve placed it under the roof of our lanai and cover it when not using it. I wouldn’t place this out on the lawn and expect it to last long. The seat frame is metal wrapped in vinyl wicker but there are no metal supports that crisscross to support the seat cushions or the weight of a person. The supports are just twisted vinyl material in a tic tac toe pattern. The only metal supports attach near the corners. I’ve included a picture of a seating base that shows this. For me this is probably the biggest con and again, only time will tell how well it holds up. Overall we are very happy with this seating unit and enjoy using it on our lanai. ... show more

For the money, this is a great set and I am so glad I finally decided to purchase it. I spent so much time researching different outdoor sofa sets the past year and a half. I loved the look of this one with its thick arms and the fact that it could be configured to fit my small space. I also wanted a set with a high back and relatively thick cushions. I was worried the pieces would slip apart, but that has not been an issue at all. I also put the cushions away each day because I could not decide on a cover. But it literally takes me 5 minutes to put them all on and then put them all away. This was the most well packaged item I have ever received. The back cushions also came with straps and there is anti slip material for the bottom cushions, but I don't even need them. It was extremely impressive how everything fit together in the two boxes, and then each item was both labeled and also color coded to make the building process as easy as possible. I built it myself so it did take some time, but everything was simple to navigate. I went with the dark gray cushions and added colorful throw pillows. I wasn't expecting to use the glass table due to my small space, but I ended up placing it next to one side and it fit perfectly. The only issue I had with this set was that one of the boxes went missing during delivery, but a replacement box was immediately sent right after I contacted the seller so the delay was minimal. Great quality, feels solid. Very comfortable. It comes in a couple of surprisingly small boxes in which the sofa is ingeniously tetris-ed into with not a single cubic inch wasted. This outdoor furniture has really impressed us!! It is sturdy, easy to put together, and looks great. It is really nice that the back cushions tie in the back so they stay in place when someone sits down or a gust of wind comes along. It is very comfortable and we love it.

I had been wanting a big comfy sectional for our top deck to replace the dining table and chairs. I did a lot of searching and knew that I didn’t want to spend too much money and this set fit the bill. Putting all 12 pieces together took FOREVER but I spaced it out over a week which helped. I hand tightened everything in place first before using the provided tools to tighten everything in place. So far, we are really happy with this sectional. It is comfortable and looks great. It is plastic rattan but I think it looks nice. The denim blue matches with any color combination and is a pretty color. The rug and throw pillows are from Amazon as well. We moved one of the coffee tables to the side of the sectional and two of the side arm pieces to the lower deck. If you are looking for a nice outdoor sectional that is fairly inexpensive and you don’t mind spending a lot of time putting it together, I recommend this one. We are keeping a waterproof cover over it whenever we aren’t using it. After all that work, I certainly don’t want it ruined by a bad storm! ... show more
