Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place. Can the cushion covers be removable and washable? The covers have zippers and can be washed. Do I need to remove the cushions during rain? The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use. We love this set. Better than expected, but you need a lot of patience to assemble. After trying to manually tighten screws with the hand tools they sent you, we ended up finding a drill bit to fit and used a drill. Made the process go much faster. It was annoying that the screws were separately packaged and well labeled in the swivel chairs but the ones for the couches were all in one big package and it was a huge guessing game. After putting it together we love it, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to unravel in a year. ... show more

Looks great! Sturdy. Time consuming, but easy to build. Comfortable deep seats for tall folks. Good value. Bought the 8-piece set and an extra side table. Added another $150 in extra pillows for pops of color and added comfort. Downside is the Swivel chairs have sharp top back corners where the plastic weave folds over. Remedied by adding pieces of electrical tape so nobody would get scratched. Giving 4 stars bc of lengthy build time and sharp corners. Great addition for under our new gazebo. ... show more

I'm finally sitting down and writing this review, we purchased in June of 2023.... We were wanting to wait to see how the furniture sustaned over the first year, through the winter months. Well, we now are on our 4th year/ summer and we are very happy. The main reason we purchased this set was 1) the # of items in the set. 2) the swivel chairs 3) the price. I have to say that we were very happy with the over all quality, the comfort and the appearance of the set. I have to say that this has not changed from day one. We're very happy. In fact, we would like to purchase a couple of EXTRA swivel chairs. I would highly recommend this set to anyone, matter of fact I have and love it also. I took my time looking for the right set for my new back porch. I love how the two chairs rock and swivel. The cushions are so comfy. My husband helped me to assemble the first chair. After that I assembled the remaining chair, two ottoman, and couch all by myself. Make sure to not tighten the screws until they are all in place. Hand tighten all of then and then go back with a drill and tighten. So easy my 9 year old grandaughter helped. I do recommend no hand screwing (time consuming) but using a drill. We just finished a screened in porch on our house and was needing several pieces of furniture for that area. This gave us several pieces for $1500, which was a good value compared to the others we had looked at. I saw reviews on here that the assembly was challenging. My 13 year old daughter put the first chair together by herself. My husband and father put the remainder together. Our experience was great getting things to line up and go together greatly! They did use an electric screwdriver and that sped the assembly process up a bit. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but they aren't intolerable. We purchased this set to add to our patio. It arrived in a few different boxes. When we first opened I was a little concerned on the quality. Putting it together we noticed some of the pieces didn't line up properly. I also have a different wicker set on out pool deck and this quality isn't nearly what that is. Additionally the cushions are extremely thin and not sturdy. I reached out to the seller with my concerns of the overall quality and they approved a return. I have no idea how to even begin returning this due to its size and the fact that it's put together. I am so disappointed in this experience. ... show more
