So, I bought this chair after searching FOREVER for a cheaper price that still had good features. Even though this had no reviews, I decided to go ahead and give it a try because I was exhausted in my search and kept going back and forth between this one and another that was $100 more expensive. My husband's recliner is too deep and I have a few health issues that cause my extremities to swell and when I sit in his chair, my legs hit the wrong way and cause my knees, calves, and feet to swell up. Also, it is very hard for me to get out of. So, I wanted a chair that would make it easier for me, was comfy, and had a heat option because I am cold a lot. THIS CHAIR IS PERFECT!!!!! I got it in today, never looked at the instructions, and put it together quickly. I was sitting in my new chair within 20 minutes after opening the boxes!!!! It is very soft and cushiony, the heat feature is great, and the massage is a huge bonus. You can choose between 15, 30, and 60 minutes of run time. There is a pocket on the right hand side for your remote to sit in (and anything else u want to put in there), It lays back almost flat and the best part is it DOES NOT pop back up like most recliners do when laying back (meaning you don't have to hold the back down after reclining, with your body weight), and IT SWIVELS all the way around! I also like how the rocking is more like a glider rocker. This chair is completely solid and for size reference, I am 220lbs and 5ft 6in and this chair is perfect for my size. My son is 180lbs and 6ft 1in and he lays in it comfortably as well. My little dog LOVES the heat option and jumps in it as soon as you get out of it, even if it's just for a split second lol. If you have been questioning your purchase of this chair, DON'T HESITATE.......BUY IT!!!!! Also, it comes in 3 boxes, 2 of which are really heavy. The seat comes in one box and is the heaviest, the arms come in a box together, and then the back. It did not take long at all to arrive at my home, either. I believe I ordered it on Saturday Feb10th and it arrived today Feb 14th! Best Valentines day gift EVER!!!! ... show more
