    • Bolts are hard to get to
I'm another one that didn't buy this from Amazon but decided to review here bc I always use Amazon. Also reviews other places are hard to come by. This is a great toilet for the price. However installation is a pain. I hired a plumber the first time who tried to keep the toilet 1/2 off the groundnwith sillicone (plumbers fault not toilet). Sillicone is ONLY for aesthetics!! And then when they came back to cut the flange because it was leaking they couldn't get to the bolts so they left it unbolted and it leaked again. We then had to take it off, clean all the water that was going through my new floor and reset it. It took my husband getting down and for an hour struggling with enough space between the vanity and shower to get enough wiggle room and bolt it down. The bolts are in a very awkward place and a design flaw for sure if you ask me. This is my only complaint with the toilet/bidet. Works well otherwise. ... show more

Bought this for my daughter who had surgery and needed a self-flushing toilet and a fanny cleaner to boot as she wouldn’t be able to do these things for a while. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would use all the things this toilet does, much less love it and intend to change every toilet out in the house for one of these. It is simply amazing. Also helps our septic as only one butt-wipe is required no matter the mess. I cannot relay how much I enjoy all the features on this baby! Well worth the money! ... show more

Don’t waste your (considerable) money on this product or the manufacturer. It broke soon after purchase with constant water spray in the bowl and would not shut off. A replacement top was ordered and paid for, but after 6+ months still not sent. A complete waste of time and money.

Does every thing. Love it. Never use TP. My septic loves it. Had to replaced lower then upper but it is perfect now. Where has this been my whole life. Does require frequent cleaning from splatter. Company great to work with.

Would be nice to have the toilet opening a little bigger and have a choice to one sitting a little lower other than that it's not too bad. I have now had mine for 5 years and still very happy with it.

I have four units for the last 2-3 years. They were working ok until one lost power and another was peeping nervously. Tried to find online troubleshooting but non exists. I called them and the lady on the phone asked me for the model number. I asked where on the unit I can find it. She replied, "it's on the paper instructions". I don't keep the paper instructions since we have the internet. Apparently, she got all lost and made me feel like an idiot for not keeping the paper. Lady, what about your French engineers place the model number clearly and you making a troubleshooting page available? AVOID and get a more organized brand. ... show more
