Wrong part was shipped with it. A month later finally got it installed in a customers home and the toilet doesn’t even flush. Then the seller insinuated we don’t know how to install, even tho this is what we do for a living!

Used this for a basement bathroom because I didn't want to bust up the concrete floor. I recommend this to anyone needing an up flush toilet. Very easy to install and works very well. Installed in the basement where the sewer line is above grade. Bought this 1 years ago and it's still running and working great. Tips: Cleaning the inner if it got stucked ... show more

I decided to get this one among others because it more closely resembles a normal floor mounted version. I've had it installed for about 3 weeks in a commercial environment and it's working flawlessly. I simply followed all the instructions and haven't had a single problem except for my own failure to follow instructions. Definitely recommend this unit ... show more
