Trust me, I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to do so here. As a physician, I am all about hygiene and after hearing from a friend about her bidet toilet and how much she loved it, I decided I needed to toilet upgrade. It just so happens, I was already planning a master bathroom remodel, I just needed to find the right one. After weeks of researching different brands and endless hours of reviewing countless reviews, I finally pulled the trigger on this all in one bidet toilet. Let me just say, my expectations were surpassed. This thing is a life changer, where has this thing been all my life?! This toilet has all the bells and whistles found in a $9k Toto bidet toilet for a fraction of the price. The heated seat is incredible, the water is instantly heated for use, the water pressure is more than suffice, and the air dryer is actually strong enough to amply dry your buttocks after a wash. After several weeks of “testing the waters” so to speak, I am now finally confident that after using the posterior wash, my rear end is completely clean and I no longer require the use of toilet paper. Yes, it’s that good. The customer service was outstanding. They were quick to respond when I had questions regarding installation and they gladly sent me more information on using the side dial and how to properly clean the toilet. If you are looking for a sleek, modern all in one bidet toilet, this is the one for you. My only recommendation I have for improvement would be to design a remote control that is backlit for use in the dark. ... show more

Just got the toilet installed and overall it looks great and works really well. I'm happy with my purchase, as is the other half (who was pretty skeptical at such a pricey tech-enabled toilet). It still feels a little bit of a risk if something breaks but it's well built and has solid operation so I'm feeling optimistic that we'll get years out of it. TLDR; if you're looking for a smart toilet in this price range, it's a solid buy, go for it! Like others I did a bunch of research comparing price and features, it's a sea of options out there with not very many reviews. This toilet seems to be a good balance of everything. One thing I realized that it doesn't have is the "deodorizer" function, but otherwise it covers the things that I wanted: Auto seat raise+close, auto flush, heated seat, and bidet/dry functions. Pros: - solidly built, looks sleek and low profile. we like the smooth sides compared to standard toilets that have a ledge profile; it's easier to clean - quiet but powerful flush, low water consumption - works well as an actual toilet! - auto seat raise function is great, we have a toilet "room"/water closet so when you walk in the lid magically raises. Also for stand-up 'guy ops', you bump your toe on the silver button on the front (non-capacitive touch). After you leave, the whole operation automatically closes - this is a relationship saver function! - bidet function - instantly warm water, good pressure and it has a plastic nozzle so it won't rust like others on the market. The dryer works 'ok' maybe could be more powerful. I've never had a bidet before and will never go back. - seat heat - I didn't expect this to be important but I will never want to sit on a cold toilet seat again, it's amazing. - simple, intuitive operation - the remote is we'll thought out and operates quickly. Also it seems easy to clean. Cons: - the install is not easy - I'm a proud DIYer and have installed many a toilet in my day, there were a few "gotchas" with this install that ppl should know about: 1) this is not a standard mounting toilet, you don't use toilet flange bolts. There are two brackets that you affix to the floor that the toilet screws into. I have concrete floors so it was time consuming finding the right setup to get things properly secured. Also, HOROW doesn't give any sort of template for mounting the brackets, not a big deal to measure out but the mounting process became a curveball that added time. 2) the toilet sits close to the back wall - I had to cut off and rework the water shutoff valve to be as close to the wall as possible. Luckily I had an extra valve in my spare parts bin or this would have been a hardware store trip. Again, not a big deal but unexpected. 3) it needs electricity - pretty obvious but make sure you have an available outlet close. I had an outlet on the outside adjacent wall I could pull from - it uses a standard nema-15 grounded plug. - it doesn't come with the backup battery box- if the power goes out we'll be toilet-less, so I have to purchase the battery backup system mentioned in the manual - The toilet beeps for every function, eg the lid opening - I wish I could shut off the beeping, or have "quiet hours" for late night toilet usage. - The nightlight is bright - I wish I could set the brightness Other than a few nit-picks I'm really happy with the toilet overall I would 100% purchase it again. We're talking about getting more for our other bathrooms. Hopefully my review helps someone looking to pull the trigger! ... show more

I have been using these toilets from past 7-8 months. Purchased 2 units of T05 smart toilet as part of my bathroom renovation. It has been great addition. Adults as well kids love it. My contractor said, its easiest to install and way cheaper than To`to & other brands with lot more functionalities. Love the auto open/close lid, auto-flush, bidet options, heated seats/water, air dryer. I use almost all of the features regularly. Love heated seats & water during winters. Recently power went out multiple times in our area & I couldn't flush the toilet. I contacted customer care & they immediately sent battery units to me, along with instructions. I installed them & now I don't need to worry during power outage. Great customer service!! My only suggestion is to include battery as part of standard unit. Also, if we can disable beep for every function of toilet, it would be great. Overall, I highly recommend this toilet to anyone. I guarantee, you'll love it. ... show more

The CONS; it is not a standard U.S. installation. Does not come with a template to place the hardware to attach toilet to floor. Check dimensions carefully. My water supply knob was in the way. The remote does not illuminate for night use. Annoying beep. The PRO'S; Despite the cons, I still love my bidet and would purchase it again. Squeaky clean. Easy to use (when the light is on or after you memorize the remote). Easy to clean. Powerful flush. Lots of personalized settings. It really needs to have a back-lit remote for night use. It would also be nice if you could have saved user settings. Silence the beep. ... show more

My partner and I purchased the HorowT-05 about one year ago during a remodel. We should not have waited for the remodel! Aside from the giggles about a "smart toilet" each of our house guests have raved about the Bidet. Rightly so. The ability to clean istelf and anyone sitting on it in a warm and gentle manner is so much healthier than the traditional american toilet. As we age a bit now, it is particularly delightful to sit on a warm seat while being cleaned with warm (or very warm) water, before the bum dryer kicks in. The process is much more antiseptic, oviously. Finally, Ive had to ask a few questions about settings and the remote button sequences. Each time via phone or email, Horow reponded quickly, with friendly delivery of the exact info I needed (which was also in the manual🤣) This is one of the best purchases I've made in my 60 turns around the sun. We just had this installed in our new house last week, and so far, I am very happy with it! We have never had a bidet toilet before, so it has taken some getting used to, including a few wet walls from kids trying to figure out how to have their legs on the sensors so it will work, while also not allowing the water to spray out. However, they are learning. I never knew I needed a seat heater before- but that is a feature I really like, especially in the middle of the night. The water options aren't as vast as they claim on the marketing. There's a feminine wash, a back wash, and a few different pressure options for each, however, the differences aren't overly noticeable. The H/C wash function sprays cold water- I'm not sure why anyone would appreciate that; it won't be used at our house. The self-cleaning feature seems to be working great! It's only been a week, but the toilet has remained spotless even with 4 people using it. I did a lot of research before choosing this toilet, and I'm glad I made the decision I did. The only person who has hated this toilet so far is our plumber. He had several choice words to say about the hour and a half it apparently took him to put it together and install it, so do keep that extra cost in mind; though I think any smart toilet would have provided a learning curve for him. ... show more

We have been using the Horow Luxury Smart Toilet for more than a year now. My wife is happy, so life is easy...until one day, the T-valve that connects to the water-supply line began to leak. I tried looking it up on Amazon. No luck because the T-valve has a dedicated filter inside. We decided to email to Horow's Customer Service Team. They responded immediately and told us that the replacement T-valve is on the way. They sent us another T-valve, as a spare one just in case. Both T-valves were sent to us free of charge!! Thank you so much Horow's Customer Service Team for your exemplary service! I highly recommend your Horow Smart Toilet for its reliability and price in addition to your great service team.
