    • Great Quality Bodyboard!
My 5’1” 11yo outgrew the size of the board we had, so I got this. This is a huge step above the other board we purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods. One side is slick and the other foam side seems to be of great quality. We took it to the beach and he had no issues with the size or the performance. In fact, it seemed to work even slightly better than the old one, if that’s possible. The great thing is that the size also accommodates adults, and since I’m not that much bigger than him, it works out perfectly fine for the both of us. The only negative is that the strap isn’t the longest. He mentioned it would be nice to have a longer strap or maybe some kind of adjustable one. Otherwise, this is a great board and I expect it to last a long time. The other board we had was a cheaper foam one where the fabric kind of disconnected from the front and it ended up breaking in half. I don’t think that will happen with this one, but time will tell. ... show more

    • High quality and high performance
This is a Morey-equivalent high performance body board. It's a good all around size for bigger kids (as it says 10+) and even small to medium-sized adults. The construction is very typical of a high performance body board with an hdpe slick bottom and foam top. The lead doubling as a carrying strap is great for parents who need their kids to carry something... anything!...and they won't end up dragging it through the sand picking up a bunch of dirt that'll end up in your trunk. The sling strap is also perfect if you're riding a bike to the beach as a body board would otherwise be very difficult to carry. There's a lot of products in this category that are all very similar and the strap makes this one stand out from the rest. Overall I'm very pleased and expect this to last many more seasons than the fabric covered junk they sell in beach stores. ... show more

    • Best feature is carrying strap to free the hands
Works just like any other body board of this type. Can hold a 185lbs adult riding the waves, because any board is so much better than no board. The cheaper boards will eventually bend when the crashing waves beats up on them. This one has held up so far. Best feature is that the ends of the leash can both attach to the board, transforming it into a carrying strap. This allows you to strap it over your back, freeing up your hands for the many other things that you're carrying to the beach. It's such a great idea that I'm planning to drill holes in my other three boards to jerry-rig a similar attachment. Kids' arm length can be too short to carry a large board, but with the carrying strap, any kid can carry this board on their back. ... show more

The boogie board was fun in the ocean and bay, although it was a bit slippery. The vibrant colors of the board make it stand out. There is a back strap that latches the length of the board so you can carry it on your back while you are walking. The board is lightweight and sturdy. It unbuttons so that you can hook it on to your hand while you are riding the waves. I recommend this product; it is fun to use. ... show more

This bodyboard is thick and well constructed. It's definitely a cut about the ones I've purchased previously at grocery stores in beach towns that invariably break in half after a day or so of use. Super fun bodyboard! Took it out to the waves the day it arrived and had a blast! Definitely a step up from the cheap boards I've bought on vacation. The leash attachment is a great plus, making the board easy to carry to the waves along with my stuff. Smooth wave-gliding bottom and comfy foam top.

I will say first, I know very little concerning these boards. We purchased this mainly for our grandchildren to use. We took it to the lake yesterday and it did very well. Kids used it and so did grandma. The elastic strap also made it easy to carry and it simply snaps or unsnaps as needed. The angles on the edges seemed to make it stable. The bottom hard surface glides in the water. The top is soft and easy on the skin. There were two small imperfections on the bottom but they did not impact it's use. We may not have used it as designed, but it was still a lit if fun and at a decent price. ... show more

The board itself is pretty nice. Sturdy and sized well. The only concern is the strap, but the documentation on it says that the elastic is UV resistant and should last a long time. But time will only tell, so there is not much else to do but try it out next summer. I would recommend this as it is not too pricey for the size. ... show more
