    • Perfect for adding a bathroom to a basement.
Directions for connecting the plank to the drains and vent could be a bit more thorough. I wish the clamps supplied were the standard type as these are a bit harder to use than what you get at a supply house. Also would have liked it if they'd been a bit larger to make getting them on easier. Also the water in the bowl sits lower than a standard toilet. The only issue with this is when you poo it can leave poo Mark's in the bowl above the water line. Only way to fix this would be to design it in a way that the pump and the tank it's in sits higher. This is mostly an issue with physics and not the engineering I believe. Overall not a bad install. It's working great and now I have a bathroom in mt basement which is a good 6 feet below my main sewer line. ... show more

Alright, so I bought this thing thinking it was a great idea, we wanted to finish our basement, and after the install it worked great. I was able to hook up the toilet, a sink, a washer, a water softener and the dehumidifiers on my furnace and hot water hybrid tank and it worked perfectly. I was surprised it was able to take them all. The some water got on the top of the pump behind the toilet and the system shorted out (I don't think it's sealed up there). I spoke with the company and was going to send it back and hook up something else then they sent me a replacement a couple days later. Over all they had great service. Over all the install was easier then installing a real toilet. I love the fact that it can hook up so many drains. 5 Stars. ... show more

I took my time, followed instructions, installed in my workshop small bathroom.... it works like a champ! I had no easy access to septic/sewer, so installed a small septic system that can handle 400 gallons/day. This SaniFlo toilet was the perfect, rasy option. Easy install if you have some skill and knowledge... hire a pro if you do not. I recommend this product ... show more

I would give this a 5 star if the water level would come up in the toilet bowl more. It flushes well, but when someone poops it smears on the bowl because the water is further down in the hole. Other than that minor I convenience, this thing is awesome! It’s not too loud, but it’s not whisper quiet. The sound didn’t bother us at all once we got used to it (just took a few flushes). It is super powerful and even though we don’t have it exiting 15-20’ (or whatever they advertise) I wouldn’t bat an eye that it could do it. If I had a basement (or garage conversion) I’d utilize this system again, for sure. ... show more

This was fairly easy to install, and I have no plumbing experience. The directions were now the easiest to read, but not the worst I’ve ever had to decipher.     • Not Truly ADA compliant- No Way to change flush side
This is being sold as ADA compliant; only the size and height of the bowl is compliant. In order for this to be truly compliant, the flusher must be able to be either changed or ordered for the appropriate side for appropriate installation. Now that ours is completely installed, we learn that their recommendation to remedy this is to buy an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT right hand flushing toilet (not theirs, another brand, although they couldn't recommend one for me...) and tank that attaches to their macerator. Why the heck did I buy this in the first place then??? Their spec sheets do not have specific dimensions on their toilet tank and bowl, so I can't even cross reference them with a different company. Highly displeased with both the set up but mostly with the customer service, direct from the company, which was ridiculous to say the least. ... show more
