I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed. ... show more

It's a nice, large toilet, very comfortable, and has a nice, modern look. I did have to move my water supply, as the back of the toilet goes to the wall, so the existing water supply line was in the way. It's not a big deal if you are doing a renovation, but if you are looking to just change your toilet, be aware of this. I would buy it again. ... show more

The packages arrived in good shape. Enough padding provided. No cracking seen. I got two of them for each of my bathrooms. They are super heavy (due to being 1 piece). Our plumber came with an assistant to move it. Needed a stair dolly to get it upstairs. Looks modern and sleek. Efficient use of water. Works well so far. Cannot comment on the long term quality of parts inside the tank. Big upgrade from my previous one that used a lot of water and still would flush everything down. Install is tricky to do yourself due to weight and the difficulty in seeing the wax ring due to the skirted base. A skilled plumber should have no problem though. I ordered 3 of these as they are very clean looking. To my surprise one was slightly different from the others. Some of the parts were different than the others too. Unfortunately also one came in damaged. Looks like something that should not have passed quality check as it has couple cracks in the back. Overall these toilets look great. Careful!!! Worst purchase ever! After a few weeks of installing this piece, a leak started in the ceiling at the bottom of the house, and until we understood that it was the toilet, I called several professionals to identify the problem. We have already done everything possible, and in the end, the defect is the part that leaks water underneath. Result: we had to repair the ceiling twice and now we're going to buy another toilet because there's nothing we can do. I have 2 of these upstairs and both gave me the same problem. I payed the extra $20 for the deliverymen to leave the soiled just outside the bathroom. Such nice, friendly, and accommodating young men left the toilet right where I wanted it. Checked to see that the toilet was unscathed as the box suffered damage during its stay at a warehouse. The toilet looks fantastic, a bit cold to the tush, due to the material, but a wonderful toilet regardless! It may not be as easy as a normal toilet to install but it is not as difficult as reviews say. This may be my 4th or 5th time installing a toilet so I'm no pro for sure. Take your time and think through it. I used a 12" supply line (vs 8) so I could get a bit more room to work with. Setting the toilet. Two things 1) Prop it up 2) WAX-FREE ring. I propped it up as others said, just enough to get the flange bolts just inside the holes and then I removed the prop while I supported the toilet. For the prop I used a 2x4 on edge but if I had a 4x4 ... The wax-free ring makes it ease to adjust while you're lining up the flange bolts. It isn't fun cleaning the flange for the wax-free but it was worth it. The tricky part is getting flange bolts nuts started. It was as a two finger drill... the first one took three or four tries but the second one was one try. To tighten them... your best bet is a flex-head rachet wrench. Otherwise, you will experience the frustrations others have. Toilet flushes great. Seat is comfortable enough. ... show more

I installed by myself, but this is a 2 person job for sure. The rear is very cramped so adjusting/adding a bidet is almost impossible. it uses rubber anchors to hold the seat down, should really be something more solid.
