  • 💩 sticks
Style: Dual Flush Color: Glossy White
I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed. ... show more

  • Swiss Madison the best toilet I’ve ever had or used! And that’s no bull.
Style: Dual Flush Color: Glossy White
OK it’s 2025 and I installed this toilet in 2021 when we first moved into our condo. I had ordered two Toto toilets because my brother is a contractor. I didn’t like the Tonos because they’re too hard to clean the sides and I wanted a skirted side for easy cleaning. I had no idea how great this toilet was. We just sold our condo and I was thinking to myself. I’m taking this toilet with me. That’s how much I love this toilet. Somebody on here said it’s a bunch of cheap plastic. I don’t know what they’re thinking about but this is a porcelain toilet with a plastic soft clothes lid that comes with it and it works perfectly. I installed it myself. Yes it was difficult to figure out because how do I get my fingers in there tighten it down. Well, I went through my tools and I pulled out a very small ratchet and it did the job. It was actually very easy to install by myself. I didn’t use a regular waxy. I used the rubber kind that compress when you put the toilet over the top as an accordion type. This toilet out flushes any of the big brands I don’t care if you even spent $1000 on the toilet. And the porcelain is so easy to clean and it stays clean for some reason. The Toto toilet very hard to keep clean and very hard to clean with a brush. I did install a hand washer which washes out the bowl every time I use it as well as myself. They use these types of things in Saudi Arabia and that’s where I got the idea and I love it. I use hardly any toilet paper so I save a lot of money. I’ve just given you guys a big hello on one of the greatest toilets I think has ever been made. And the bonnet is basically just wipe down the outside. I’ve had it for almost 5 years and it looks as if I just installed it. I’m leaving it. I’m not gonna take it. But every toilet in the house that I’m going to I will replace with the Swiss Madison. No if ands or butts.🍺 ... show more

  • Worst product ever.
Style: Dual Flush Color: Glossy White
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this product for the second time. First buy was 3 year ago. And it’s truly beautiful in our guest bath, though we barely use it. That’s why we ordered it again since we moved to another house. I received this toilet with the worst quality. Only if you install it by yourself and you pay attention onto it. The bottom and back has many many many tiny cracks which were repaired by white glue by the manufacturer. Worst part, there are huge gaps. I thought it’s normal until I checked other reviews with photos. None has those kind of gaps in the picture they post. I won’t recommend this product. ... show more

  • Installation
Style: Dual Flush Color: Glossy White
It looks very nice in my remodeled bathroom, and it works very well, the seat and lid are plastic and little flimsy, the only draw back is the installation is a little hard and if you are trying to add a bide on it there is not enough room in the back to reach the nuts and bolts specially in a tight place. ... show more

  • Order with caution
Style: Dual Flush Color: Glossy White
Let me start off by saying I had this toilet in another home, and I absolutely loved it. I love the sleek modern look, I love the powerful flush, I really loved how you don't have s shaped curves in the porcelain on the side bottoms that always collect dust or other unmentionables that you have give you the major icks when cleaning. Also, the removable seat makes it so easy to clean. It was an awesome toilet, very sleek, a proper throne to be proud of and impress guests. So awesome in fact that when I bought my new home, this was one of the first things I ordered to install in it. I could not wait to sit upon my throne again, like the proper king of a home. Let me also state that I am pretty handy. I will attempt to fix, assemble, install anything in my home that doesn't involve major electricity or cutting plumbing pipes or major renovations, and have been doing so for over 20 years. I had this same toilet installed in my first home in conjunction with a remodel so the contractors installed this first go round. I noticed that they had cemented it to the floor, and I could no longer shut off the water via the cutoff valve, because the valve was flush against the side of the toilet and would prevent closing it. I thought to myself, well good thing I don't plan on staying here more than another couple of years because I'll never be able to get it out easily, or perform any kind of repairs on it any time soon. This go round, in my new home, I installed myself and let me tell you, it is extremely difficult. I initially ordered for myself, in the master bath, and attempted installation last night and after much trial and error, it would not fit. I guess I should have looked into measurements better but you need lots of space in your toilet area. You'll need to make sure you have enough space between the waste pipe and the wall. What I hadn't considered was the back is solid and wide, unlike most other toilets, which tend to have narrow rears. So not only could I not fit the toilet flush against the wall to line up with the plumbing, my shut off value was too close to the plumbing to allow it to fit. Which makes sense now why the contractors did what they did in my previous home. So, begrudgingly I made a trip to Lowe's last night to purchase another toilet of regular size and good quality and installed it, hoping I could fit this one in the guest bath. Today installing in the guest bath had me cussing like a sailor. This thing is once solid piece, which makes it extremely heavy and hard to move and really difficult to line up over the floor mounts. Good thing my back is still good. I would advise getting someone to help you maneuver it and set it over the floor screws. It was REALLY tight in this bathroom, but I got it in. Barely. I came close to putting it on the side of the road for trash pickup many times. Also, the access holes that you have to stick your hand in to mount it to the floor are small, so unless you are a child or a small woman maybe, have fun fighting and blooding up your hands and knuckles trying to tighten it. I'm surely going to hell now, due to all the curses made in that process. It doesn't just mount to the floor on the sides with plastic caps like other toilets. The mounting screws are inside, through the holes. Also the water supply hookup is in the rear, and hidden a bit within/under the tank, so that was a wonderful journey in the dark regions of my mind as well. I promise you, if ever this toilet leaks or malfunctions I'm calling in professionals to get it out and take it away. I now understand why the contractors in my first home grouted it to the floor and why I could never shut the water supply valve off again without removing the toilet. And these were professionals, I feel like I did a better job installing today than they did but jeeze. Great toilet but phew for me it just is not worth the headache. If I did it again I would just get some other higher end toilet and deal with the not so easy cleaning. If I wasn't so hardheaded, I would have surely given up. If you're considering ordering I would highly advise against ordering if space is tight in your toilet area, and have some help doing it. Lets keep the universe full of light and love. My baths are standard sized bathrooms, i would say. Not luxuriously big, but I wouldn't say small. Be extra cautious if your toilet is in a corner or some kind of stall or closet. ... show more
