It's great, impossible to plug, thrifty on water use. A bit to tall, I am 6' 3" tall, and the bottom of my legs are hard against the toilet seat. So I built a small stand to put my feet on when using it. Yes it is much easier for me to stand up now. The higher seat helps with that.

Pretty straight forward install. Just be aware this is quite tall. You will most likely need to have a longer supply line. My homes supply was a little low so a 12 inch line/hose was just about an inch to short. So you may want to have a longer line on hand before you start so you don't have to run to the hardware store mid install like I did.

Mine was supposed to come with a toilet seat 😢 I think we may have a difficult time finding a flapper valve 3 1/4 inch diameter. Says can be ordered by model number (not to be found) otherwise , it appears to be a nice toilet; however I haven’t yet installed it. 😀

When one is tall, a standard 16 inch height toilet is annoying. The 21 inch height puts a tall person in a comfortable position. The toilet arrived in a well protected box. All the components were bagged and easy to find. The instructions were well written (a couple of typo's) and easy to follow. Once installed, flushing is complete - no leftovers. A well made toilet.

Bought two. One leaks through the flush flapper. Can't get it to stop. Ran my water bill up a bunch. Don't have a clue how to fix it. Now the other one is leaking the same way. I'm very disappointed. The flapper design is just not working. The company contacted me by email about it, wanting a video. I don't have that capacity, and I responded with a photo, but I've heard nothing further from them. Buy at your risk.
