After checking to determine if a replacement tank was available (no questions asked), the representative verified my shipping information and informed me that I should have the replacement within one to two weeks. Within a week the replacement tank was delivered. What could have turned into a turned into a pleasant example of exceptional customer service.     • Presently flushing well
We bought 2 to replace old toilets. So far everything is working properly. Tge reason for less stars. They have a lot of plastic in both the bowl and tank and toilet seat. Hopefully they will last. Didn't realize they would be mostly plastic material. They are sturdy so far.

This toilet is high which is perfect and has a narrow profile that fits in my bathroom so well so I have more floor small. Dual flush is brisk. You need to purchase your own seat. I’m purchasing 2 more for my other home

The toilet arrived in 2 parts, double boxed with great, recyclable package cushioning. Nonetheless, the bowl arrived cracked. I called American Standard customer service and had a great experience. It was the easiest replacement process I've ever had. Thank you.

Toilet seemed fine box in good shape nothing broken, however, piece missing to the flush mechanism so we are awaiting the part from American Standard. They were very efficient in resolving the issue wish it could have been sent expedited!
