This is definitely an upgrade from the cloth-topped versions of the same dimension. It seems larger when fully assembled. Before this, I had set up three gazebos (including a 10 x 10) by myself, I am not a novice. This one was different. Basically, it’s smooth sailing until you get to the roof; two people are a must here. The corrugated metal panels are awfully hard to get fully into the slots that support them. When you look at them, it doesn’t seem as if they will fit. I had to battle and muscle the panels in inch by inch. It wasn’t easy and it left me sore with a few black and blue marks (and I exercise regularly). Truly a pain! Get two people up on a ladder for this. The trick is to angle the bottom support pieces and get the panels resting on the lower lip, then you fight to push the top corrugated apexes in one at a time. I suspect the reviewer that claimed the wind knocked them loose wasn’t able to fully get them in. After that Herculean task, and once fully assembled, this thing is gorgeous looking! It’s really nicely done! With its “open top” it also seems less prone to being carried away by wind. Hopefully, I won’t have to take the roof off for the winter. I never want to have to deal with that again.

Horrible product. Design is flawed (not enough support for the roof panels ) Assembly is cumbersome and some hardware was missing (requiring two trips to hardware store for bolts and nuts) First strong wind and roof panels where flying all over the place, requiring drilling some holes and bolting the roof in for extra support. For that price it was a horrible product. Cheaply made and poorly packaged (some pieces where bend on arrival and needed to be mended) Do not buy unless you are a handy man enjoying challenge and swearing.

Guess I'm a bit disappointed in this product after purchasing a 12'x16' gazebo from Purple Leaf. This is not the same level of quality, at all, as I had expected it would be. Several roof pieces had dents and they are too flimsy. The whole structure wobbles, side to side. I am going to be attaching an X type brace across the back in hopes that it will stop the wobbling. You do need to be aware of the size. My Razor grill barely fits, when fully opened. I believe Out Sunny now offers this in a 9 foot size. Overall it's a nice looking unit and will serve the purpose, I suppose. I have it sitting against a brick house, attached to a separate wood deck, built especially for the gazebo. It's well protected from the wind and weather, which should help it to last a few years, at least.

The media could not be loaded. The gazebo packaging appeared to have been opened, and taped back together. The metal has dents in it, as well as scratches. Missing nuts and bolts, hardware packaging was opened, prior to shipping, and taped back together. Nuts already have bolts attached and have been used.

Love the look and sturdiness of this. It was a pain to put together. We used a screwdriver to get the roof into the small slats. Definitely takes 2 people to put it up.

Its exactly what we needed to cover our BBQ. However, the pmetal came dented and bent in some places. We had it repaired and the seller kindly credited us to have the repair done. Overall, we are pleased with the product and seller. Keep in mind, it takes 2 people and a lot of patience to get the roof panels in place. Otherwise, the building process went smoothly and fairly quick.

Not very happy with this. While the box was in decent shape, the contents inside were damaged. We had a hard time getting multiple parts to fit because a lot of the parts were bent. The part to slide the roof panels on were so bent we gave up trying to put them on. Waste of money!!! Especially that much money!
