Arrived on time and wasn't difficult to assemble. It took 2 of us about 1.5hrs. It was missing some parts (the feet & clips to hold the individual sectional chairs together). Customer service was fabulous! I contacted the seller & they promptly resolved the problem. This sectional is well made, especially for the price. The plastic rattan is thick, and to me, appears to be exactly the same as other brands that are 4x's the price. The cushions have zippered removable covers for washing & there are elastic loop & toggles to hold the cushions in place. They are a tad on the thin side, but they are still comfortable & with some added toss pillows, it's just perfect. It also has a very low profile, which is great because it doesn't block views out of my windows. I am using this in an indoor sunroom, but, I do think it would be fine outside if properly cared for. (It does state in the directions to remove the glass or cover the table from direct sunlight when not in use because it could melt the table rattan) I did have to make my own feet, which I chose to make a little taller ( I cut a 4x4 into 2.5" chunks & stained them gray). The ones that would've been included are 1" so my set sits up a little higher. Overall, it's a great set for this price & I would definitely recommend it!!

Overall this is a nice patio set for the money. It shipped fast and I received all 3 boxes together within a week. It wasn’t hard to put together at all. There were a few pieces that didn’t have the letter marking what piece it was, so it took some time deciphering what went where. There were also 3 screw receptacles that stripped when trying to screw in. Once together it’s a very comfortable set. Like some other buyers I would recommend to the manufacturer to add Velcro for the upper cushions. It’s quite aggravating with them falling every time you move. Would still recommend this set.

The seating is very low. There should be taller feet/ legs considering the height of the seats. I am very disappointed, and would return merchandise, but due to friends surprising me and assembling it in my absence, I don’t want to insult them and return it, therefore; I’m stuck with a patio set that’s uncomfortable for us seniors. I thought of buying thicker cushions , but what will I do with the ones that came with it and the back of seat is too short for thicker seat cushions which will not work well with the back cushions. I would be more appreciative if you will send me taller feet/legs to raise the seating for my comfort or I would settle for thicker seat cushions. Otherwise it would be an excellent set. Please take this information into consideration. Regards

The cushions faded and the fastens wore & broke after having this set for 1 year. The set was only in use for 5 months then stored away for the winter. I contacted the seller 2 days after the 1 year mark of purchasing this and they gave me a very difficult time as far as the warranty. All I wanted was replacement cushion covers but they said they did not have any and the set was out of warranty. After days of arguing, they gave me a credit of $172. Problem is, I still have no cushion covers. I would have to custom order new cushions and that would cost close to $400. Aside from that, the structure is ok. The low back is pretty uncomfortable. It's definitely pretty but not functional.

I love my backyard patio furniture. My only wish I had hooks for the back and bottom pillow so they would not move, but definitely worth the buy. Easy to assemble as well, my husband did a wonderful job.

Firstly don't read every review, assembly is NOT that difficult and did it all by myself. Arrangement gives plenty of choices how you want it to sit. Cushions seem sturdy, back of couch originally seems low but try it as it seems to work and also seems to follow may store sold units today. Total surprise, friend has exactly the same set in different color and both agree of its value for money. And they entertain far more than we do. Ours seem to be grandkid friendly as they haven't terrorized it yet so there's a win.
