Most of the cushions arrived fine, but some have corners with crushed foam and with fabric badly wrinkled and creased. We have assembled two of the three seats, and it was difficult to get some of the machine screws in, but we eventually did. On the third seat and the table, two screws are completely stripped and one is stuck partway in. We're not sure what we're going to do, because it would be a nightmare trying to disassemble this and get it back in the boxes to return it. The machining process of the holes for the screws must be defective because so many screws are hard (or impossible) to get in. If not for this problem, the set itself is a nice-looking set and sturdy. But we wish we would've spent more on a better quality set.

Pay special attention when it says do not tighten the screws until an entire piece is together- they mean it. As soon as I started paying attention to that everything went together very easily! It's exactly as described and exactly what I wanted!

I like that the set arrived earlier than expected. I did have a slight problem with assembly. The patio set is picture perfect My family enjoyed eating on the patio set.

Update: So contacted Aosom directly and they told me they’d send replacement parts. How are replacement parts supposed to fix the holes not lining up. So to return it they want me to disassemble what I have (which was a lengthy struggle to assemble) and then somehow put it back in the box. Yeah… So if you buy this , which I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, take pictures of how things came out of the box so you might have a prayer in putting it back in when you are disappointed in the product. The seats are uncomfortable and narrow. Also putting it together was a chore because in many instances the screw holes didn’t line up well. There is also no way to connect the pieces so they slide all over the place. Honestly would like to return it, but I don’t think I could I disassemble and get it back in the box. Definitely look elsewhere.

Holes were not big enough for the screws and ended up striping a lot of screws. Came missing parts(screws, and cushions) worst piece of furniture ever bought.

Missing hardware and instructions AND burnt/melted parts. Still have not received the parts and it's been over 2 weeks.
