Box 1 of 3 was torn apart with the product showing through. This just so happened to be the box with the hardware in it, and while that hardware was included, there were no assembly instructions included in this or any of the other two boxes. Luckily, I found a YouTube video where someone kindly posted a video with instructions. Very easy to assemble so long as you remember to place all screws in each piece and hand tighten before fully tightening. Set is extremely low to the ground. So low in fact that my wife thought I forgot to install the legs. The entire seat from ground to top is only 2 1/2 feet tall. Even though it comes with the foot stands already attached and an adjustable foot levelers on each leg, it cannot be raised higher. The backs are very short and hit the middle of my back (I'm 5' 9") and is not a comfortable feeling. Price was much lower than buying from a big box store or patio furniture store, so it's an okay set but I regret buying it because it's not tall enough and it's too bulky to return.

Over half of the pieces in the set were not labeled. The instructions are extremely vague and unless you’re experienced in assembling this will definitely ruin your afternoon. At least make sure all the items are labeled

I feel like you get what you pay for on this. The color is true to the picture, the size is great, the cushions are not the most comfortable, but that's ok. All in all I was very happy with the set as a whole except the cushions. They are not water proof. Sure, you can leave them out on a dry day and wake up to condensation bubbles on the material. You can not leave them out in the rain at all. I find taking them off every time I see a cloud very annoying and wish I would have spent the money to get a set with cushions that were completely waterproof.
