Based on the reviews I read, I was surprised that 2 of us could put it up in less than 2 hours and I took it down by myself in a little over 1 hour. Directions were sparse, but if you planned out your sequence in advance there was little wasted time. The guide lines were totally inadequate, but replacing them with 5/16" anchor line and 12" tent stakes produced a very stable structure that would withstand significant stress. The attachment of the Velcro strips to the side and end pieces needs to be upgraded as the stitching will not withstand much stress. I plan on taking these pieces to a local tent company and have these strip attachments reinforced to better withstand wind. The shipping boxes will have to be replaced with canvas bags for storage as they barely made it to my place in tact. As a design engineer, there are some changes I would recommend to improve the strength of the structure, but for the price, it is a very good value.

I would add photos but it will not allow me to upload any photos. This tent is impossible for one person to set up. when two people set it up it was unable to stand up in even 5 mph winds. the only post that seems sturdy enough and the proper size is the legs. the top poles are flimsy and bowing. The canopy is a see-through cheap tarp that arrived with small holes and one corner of it ripped out that is too tight for the frame provided causing the seams to rip out. only one of the screens has a zipper and that screen is too big for this tent. all of the side walls are attached with thin flimsy velcro straps that have fallen off with just attaching them to the tent. the stitching is shotty as is the materials it is made of. I have yet to even use the tent but it is already falling apart and torn prior to assembly and usage. I would give it 0 stars if I were able. also it does not come with a storage bag so I am unsure how I am even supposed to store this trash after use if it even made it to the time I would use it. I bought it for my sons graduation party next week and I will have to return it because it is torn in the corners and will not keep out bugs or rain.

I can’t rant and rave about this any more! This tent was everything I needed and more! It’s sturdy, pretty, the tarp is thick and durable, the poles are solid, the straps aren’t going to pull off, it’s so nice with sides on and sides off. Everything is just great. And it takes a little time, but the install/setup was easy peasy! AND we went through a heck of a storm the night before my wedding and it is 1000% waterproof! No worries at all!

Purchase for a 4th of July party. Assembly was not bad. Took 2 men and 1 women about an hour and a half to put together and set all the stakes and secure properly. With some citronella candles and diligence keeping the doors zipped we were able to keep the mosquitos out mostly. It was great all day for the party but it was late when it ended so we left it up overnight. The next day a storm came in before we could take it down and the whole tent collapsed because the top was collecting and holding water. This tent will not hold up in a good rain. Luckily I think I can put it back together even though some of the poles were bent in the collapse. If I get 1 or 2 more uses out of it I’ll be happy considering the price. I might buy again, the price is hard to beat. It would be nice if it had some kind of storage bag for the poles and everything, I had to roll the top and sides together and tie them with string and then zip tied the poles together according to their number. You’ll need a lot of space to store this. Be aware that the numbers printed on the poles will rub off when wet so pay attention or you’ll never get it put back together.

This party tent was great, especially considering the price. It took a handful of us to set up, but wasn’t particularly difficult. I think it would have been much harder if I had tried to do it by myself. Just pay attention to the photos in the instructions, cause it’s easy to miss a step. Then again, it’s not incredibly difficult to correct when you do. The other two cheaper tents we had did not fare nearly as well with some wind and rain although they were all tied down. Thankfully, storms held off until after the event, but even if they didn’t this particular tent was sturdy and dry underneath. It was worth the extra money and work to install!

I purchased this tent hoping to use it throughout an entire vending season, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet the mark. The poles are very lightweight and small in diameter, making the structure better suited for light, occasional use—like backyard gatherings or short events—not for prolonged outdoor setups or commercial vending. In hindsight, I wish the product details or reviews had better emphasized the intended use so I could’ve made a more informed choice. It simply couldn’t withstand repeated setup and breakdowns or exposure to wind and weather over a full season. Return process was smooth, but this was definitely a learning experience: if you're looking for a tent that lasts through continuous outdoor work, you’ll want something sturdier.

Everything for me was easy especially because it was on my deck and pretty much enclosed I did not have to worry about wind as much as in a field or an open area but when the rain came I forgot to release the tent part and it filled up and came apart like dominoes as pretty as it looked The plastic corner pieces snapped like potato chipsI was a little disappointed at that.I did replace some of the paperwork with my own that made it super strong in certain areas but not all

I ordered one of the 32x20 shelters, the product its self Is great. I had a storm sneak up on us while the unit was up and some poles got damaged. I called customer service and was told they could not/would not sell parts, they only sell the whole unit. I asked for clarification to make sure that I understood correctly. I asked him if basically I needed to buy an entire new $700 plus unit in order to get the 6 poles I need and was told "yes, that is correct". Again, it's a great product unless you need some parts for it.... comments added on 10-22-24: I was contacted by customer service rep after posting this review, I will say that they bent over backwards to get me all the parts that I needed. Shipment of parts was fast and I can now use the tent again. I am so happy they reached out to me after the initial phone call. this product has been great!
