Wasn't initially sure how it would work out, but it did. There is a slight leak at the valve; this doesn't bother me (or the dog). The pool folds up nicely when put away and the real test will be how well it holds up over an Arizona summer. So, it gets, so far, a 5 Star sturdiness rating. If your dog has longer or sharp claws then this pool may not work for them. BUT it is a great pool for kiddos. Our grands love it! This is our second pool, the first was torn by a friends sharp clawed pug so... It is also very nice that the price is more reasonable now. Hopefully, it will live thru this summer. This pool doesn’t hold up! I just opened it since i bought it early for a gift and 3 days later it has a huge rip in it and leaks. It pretty much fell apart after that happened. I will be contacting to get a refund.
