This is a great product. The quality is very well made and fits onto your shifter very easily. I bought these to protect the shoes that I don't want that stupid shifter mark on the toes of my shoes from happening. That way I can wear my nice shoes and they won't get ruined. This is a pack of five which is nice as you can keep extras and swap them out when they start to get worn down or if you have some buddies that you'd like to share these with. They are universal so they fit any bike shifter!! I put one on my GSXR, Harley, and gave one to my buddy who has a Honda CBR. It is very convenient to put on and take off. The non-slip rubber is sturdy and grips your shoes well while also NOT sliding around; which is perfect and exactly what I wanted. It doesn't feel bulky or awkward, shifting still feels smooth and natural. With it easy to put on and take off it is also easy to clean. This product is low cost, effective, and honestly a must have for anyone who rides regularly and doesn't want to ruin their shoes. Recommend.

I went with the pink option—it’s a bit lighter than it appeared in the listing photos, but I’m still glad they offer something beyond the usual black and grey. I received the 5 pack of motorcycle shifter shoe protector. The directions were clear and easy to install. The product works on various shifter sizes. The quality seems good and should last a while. Overall, it does what it is supposed to do. I feel like this product is a good value.

Easy to install if you start the coil stripping before placing it over the shifter rubber. Go slowly and adjust the position so that the entire protector covers the shifter rubber—no trimming needed. This is a much better solution than those neoprene shifter or shoe toe covers; none of those last more than a season. Not sure about durability, considering you will be tapping down with the bottom of your footwear. The silicone is fairly thin so I am not confident this will last very long. Time will tell, so far its for a single commute of 28 miles.

These shifter shoe protectors install easily and fit well on the shifter for my ‘07 Yamaha FJR1300. The rubber appears to be fairly durable and should hold up well. The install method is clever. There is a corded tube the allows the protector to easily fit over the shifter. You just pull the cord and the tube unwinds and the protector snugs down. That aspect functions well. The protectors come in a packet of 5. There will be a time when the protectors become dirty and will need to be replaced. Cutting the protector off should be pretty easy. The only question is does it make more sense to use a protector that goes on your shoe vs one that goes on the shifter. I’d lean towards the one for the shoe. It’s not long before these become as dirty as the original rubber on the shifter. Overall I think these are an OK value for the money but an over the shoe protector would be better to protect your shoes.

These shoe protectors are really quite nice and relatively easy to apply. Simply place them around the shifter lever on the rubber end and hold it firmly still while you pull the interior attachment and the rubber collapses around the shifting lever. It is very tight and relatively durable. I have actually used it on a couple of other places on the bike that I needed a good grip. They are great, however, like anything else they going to need to be wiped down periodically to keep just regular dust and road debris from adhering to them and then transferring to your shoe. If you wipe them off periodically they work very well

These are easy to use and work great My husband put these on his Harley to help protect the toe of his boots. He used to get black marks on every pair he wore riding. This is no longer an issue and his shoes no longer get black marks. These fit nicely and easy to install. They are durable and feel like they will last a long time.

Tried the L shaped silicon shifter cover, they were extremely hard to install and look unsightly. These are cheap for a set of five, easy to install and look much better. Shared three with friends and they loved it too. Kept the last one as a spare, just in case. No issues with grip so far. But may be little slippery when wet. My shoes no longer have black rubber marks on them. Overall, great.
