The pool itself is a good size. The instructions were garbage. The curved poles for the centers do not align or sit properly. Not sure how to fix that issue. The screws were flimsy.

Customer service is great. The materials of the pool (liner, rods, etc) are great. The only downfall are the directions. The directions are pretty self-explanatory with the pictures, but there are very limited descriptions or words. Additional wording would be helpful for the sides (long side) to ensure the holes face the appropriate direction for the U-legs. Otherwise, a great product.

This pool is very easy to put together, making sure that surface is even and level.. I bought my own clamps for pool hoses and the plastic pins were replaced with metal ones. I replaced the filter pump with a sand filter pump . I also purchased a surface skimmer , about $20 and very helpful keeping bugs n dander out of pool ... An inexpensive pool vac for bottom of pool is also good idea and a pool cover a must ... The ladder to the pool is not very sturdy , but holds 300 plus lbs .. I bought a lader with platform , it's much easier to get in n out of the pool. I have no complaints about the pool it's self , it's sturdy, holds up well and looks nice .. if you are getting this pool you should probably get a better filter and ladder and pool cover.. I like the pool and the kids have a blast playing n cooling off in it
