  • Buy it.
Color: Cream White Size: 10' x 20'
This is definitely worth the money, it looks nice, and it was reasonably easy to put up. The only downside it it still looks water between the rungs. Not a dealbreaker, for sure. We used construction adhesive to secure the posts. Been through some heavy storms with no issues.

  • HORRIBLE
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
This is made with cheap metal slats. It has rained for days since we put it up in front of our camper on May 10 and the swoop design is pretty but useless. Water will not drain properly and the the fabric is flemsy so the water pools in between the metal slats and you have to go out and drain it yourself while the water splashes all over you. I came out this morning, May 27, in the rain and barely could open the door as the center run was bent from water pooling. There was so much water on it that it was too heavy for me to try and drain off. I came in to get my husband and we heard a noise... the whole left side collapsed and hit our $600 Traeger pellet grill and bent the smoke stack. I requested a refund and Amazon wants me to box the thing up and label it and drop it off at UPS. It took HOURS to put this stupid thing together and we no longer even have the box it came in as the rain has ruined it. I am very disappointed in Outsunny and Amazon on this purchase. Super Cheap--- DO NOT BUY!!! Did not last 17 days and Amazon will want you to return the salvage after the rain collapses it. ... show more

  • You have to make a little cut in canopy for "N" hoop!
Color: Brown Size: 10' x 13'
Nice looking & fairly easy to assemble. Wish the canopy had markings where you have to put the hoops thru and where you have to make a cut to put the "N"hoop thru but not too bad: Fold the canopy into half, unscrew the hoops from the "D" beam, put them thru canopy, & screw the hoops back on the "D" beam. I have completed the assembly with base facing the sky, if you do this way, make sure you have 3 or 4 people at the end to flip it to standing position, the poles are hollow and thin, it can easily bend!!! The poles are hollow and very very light, i was worried for stability so i filled them with small pebbles i gathered from my yard : ). Now they feel sturdy! ... show more

  • Worth the money
Color: Cream White Size: 10' x 20'
Exactly what I needed!!! I purchased this for a space in between my house and detached garage, and it fit perfectly! The quality of the poles and tarp is good. The tarp is thick enough to prevent rain from getting through. They thoughtfully put drain holes on the lower part of the tarp. So if it rains, move your stuff from under there and put some containers to collect the water. I use a broom to bush on the tarp to get any pooling out. I was able to assemble most it myself but then required two people to help me ultimately lift it up. The instructions are hilarious - they put 95% of the instructions on one diagram. And unfortunately, they missed an important part about which way the poles should be facing. But that was an easy fix. Also be aware that the top railings under the top are not uniform in size although I assume they are supposed to be. So some fit well, some are too loose, and some barely fit at all. Things I wish it had: More straps to adhere the tarp to the top poles to help when the wind is blowing. A hook in the center to hang a light or decoration. A white option. People love how it looks. Definitely worth the money to me. ... show more

  • Rain issues
Color: Beige Size: 10' x 10'
So we had a professional install this for us as we weren’t that ambitious lol and that went well. It looks good, However rain pools on top and stays there until you go out with a broom handle and push it out. (unless you want to take it down every time there might be a storm which would be every day in FL summers). The material is essentially waterproof. I wouldn’t have thought it would be because it’s not one solid piece of material so you wouldn’t be able to sit under it if it was raining because rain would be going down in between the two pieces of material! I didn’t read anything about these types of problems in the reviews I read. what is showing in my pics is what we ended up having to do. Water still pools. Every time you wanna sit under it after rain, remove the ties that we use to make it less surface area that water can pool. I would not purchase this again. I would purchase the one that has the arc. ... show more

  • Very pleased!
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
It is perfect for our patio! Provides shade, and does reflect light rain. We have not had a big storm since receiving! We have had wind, and no issues at all! Looks great, and really wasn’t to bad to put together, even though the directions were basically one main picture 🤣. We did secure the part that leans against the house to the house. Seems very secure. We felt that $200 was a fair, yet good price for this product. I am hoping that I can figure out how to order a replacement canopy for a possible backup, as I don’t think we can do without this pergola now! ... show more

  • Buy something else
Color: Brown Size: 10' x 13'
I really liked the looks of this product, BUT that's where it ended. The instructions are horrible! (If you want to call them instructions) PICTURES only, NO WORDS! Other reviews had mentioned this, so I TRIED to be very meticulous, and still had to redo some things. Finally got it all put together and it LOOKED pretty good. Next day, I had it all locked down (NOT OPEN) as I was leaving for work and didn't want it to get damaged while I was gone. The little screw to tighten it was snug and I tried to tie it with the "handle". I had set the legs in blocks with concrete in the middle poured in the open holes. While I was gone the wind came up and it rained. The picture shows what I came home to..... The "poles" that held the fabric top were all bent up AND a LOT of the stitching had come loose. The poles and the fabric were no longer usable, but I was not going to "undo" everything in order to return it. I bought conduit to use for overhead supports and privacy "fabric" with grommets and a length of good rope for the overhead. I added supports to almost every piece possible and wound up with a usable structure (additional $200) - although not as beautiful. Though I did not return this, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Buyer beware! ONE YEAR LATER --- I was RIGHT. This thing is falling apart everywhere. I'm going to have to tear down this eye sore! ... show more
