So, this worked OK. Created ice like it said it would, though the ice pieces were quite thin and not satisfying. OK for the price, but not quite what I wanted. The manual could have benefited from a native english-speaking proofreader.

    • Did not produce the results I was expecting.
The ice cubes it made were not cubes but little tubes of ice that were very thin and rather soggy. It took constant monitoring to refill the water or tray and it took most of the day to fill a one gallon plastic bag. Not what I expected.

This was the second of three ice machines I've purchased in the last 6 months. This machine came with instructions that had English printed words on them. Just most of the words didn't make much sense. One would think that on their end you think you'd have someone who knows the English language (especially if you are going to sell to English speaking people) better than a third grader. The machine only produced 4 and a half ice cube at a time. If you don't mind waiting twice the amount of time to get the same number of ice cubes than this is the product for you. But if you want a product to do what it says it can do ( no matter what language) than you'll probably want one that's more suitable for you. I gave it 2 stars because it actually produced some ice. ... show more

If you are in a hurry for ice(like I was) don’t get this one. It took over 1 1/2 hours to make the first batch that didn’t even freeze properly which caused the ice it made to melt. I was very disappointed and am returning it promptly
